Obiectivul general al proiectului „INFIINTARE CENTRU DE DIAGNOSTIC IN CADRUL AMBULATORIULUI INTEGRAT AL SPITALULUI ORASENESC PANCIU” este reprezentat de cresterea accesibilitatii si imbunatatirea serviciilor de sanatate pentru populatie. Proiectul raspunde direct la indeplinirea obiectivului specific 8.1 – „Creșterea accesibilității serviciilor de sănătate, comunitare și a celor de nivel secundar, în special pentru zonele sărace și izolate” din urmatoarele considerente: - extinderea Ambulatoriului integrat al Spitalului Orasenesc Panciu, organizat in conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului nr. 39/16.01.2008 privind reorganizarea ambulatoriului de specialitate al spitalului, printr-o cladire noua, in care vor functiona cabinet de investigatii RMN, cabinet de cardiologie si cabinet de reumatologie, si echiparea acestor spatii va conduce atat la diversificarea gamei de afectiuni ce pot fi diagnosticate la nivelul ambulatoriului, precum si la cresterea gradului de acuratete al investigatiilor medicale. Astfel, proiectul propus spre finantare se incadreaza in actiunile sprijinite in cadrul Obiectivul specific 8.1, Operațiunea A, respectiv: - extinderea si dotarea infractructurii unui ambulatoriu existent; - accesibilizarea sptiului destinat serviciilor medicale si a cailor de acces; - asigurarea utilitatilor generale si specifice; - achizitionarea de dotari pentru infrastructura ambulatoriului. Obiectivul general al proiectului se incadreaza in obiectivul general al Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020, care consta in imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale prin sprijinirea dezvoltarii conditiilor infrastructurale si a serviciilor, care sa asigure o dezvoltare sustenabila regiunilor, capabile să gestioneze în mod eficient resursele, si să valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si de asimilare a progresului tehnologic. Extinderea Ambulatoriului integrat al Spitalului Orasenesc Panciu, organizat in conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului nr. 39/16.01.2008 privind reorganizarea ambulatoriului de specialitate al spitalului, prin constructia Centrului de Diagnostic va conduce la cresterea calitatii vietii populatiei orasului Panciu, cat si a celei din localitatile adiacente deservite, prin cresterea accesului la servicii medicale performante, prin diversificarea gamei de afectiuni diagnosticate, astfel ca pacientii nu vor mai fi nevoiti sa se deplaseze in alte localitati pentru investigatiile medicale care in prezent nu pot fi efectuate. Totodata, in cazul persoanelor din categorii defavorizate, care nu isi pot permite deplasarea catre alte centre de diagnosticare, li se va permite accesul la serviciile medicale necesare. (Romanian)

The general objective of the project “INFIINTATION OF DIAGNOSTIC CENTRE IN THE INTEGRATED Ambulatory of Panciu” is to increase accessibility and improve health services for the population. The project responds directly to the specific objective 8.1 “Increasing the accessibility of health, community and secondary-level services, especially for poor and isolated areas” for the following reasons: — the extension of the integrated Ambulatory of Panciu City Hospital, organised in accordance with the provisions of Order No 39/16.01.2008 on the reorganisation of the hospital’s specialised outpatients, through a new building, in which MRI investigation offices, cardiology cabinet and rheumatology cabinet will function, and the equipment of these spaces will lead both to the diversification of the range of conditions that can be diagnosed at the outpatient level, as well as to the increase of the degree of accuracy of medical investigations. Thus, the project proposed for financing falls within the actions supported under Specific Objective 8.1, Operation A, namely: — the extension and endowment of the offence of an existing outpatient; — accessibility of the fee for medical services and access routes; — providing general and specific utilities; — acquisition of facilities for outpatient infrastructure. The general objective of the project is within the general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020, which is to improve the living conditions of the local communities by supporting the development of infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring a sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, and capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. The extension of the integrated Ambulatory of Panciu City Hospital, organised in accordance with the provisions of Order No 39/16.01.2008 on the reorganisation of the specialised outpatients of the hospital, through the construction of the Diagnostic Center will lead to an increase in the quality of life of the population of Panciu, as well as that of the adjacent localities served, by increasing access to efficient medical services, by diversifying the range of diagnosed diseases, so that patients will no longer have to travel to other localities for medical investigations that cannot be carried out at present. At the same time, in the case of people from disadvantaged categories, who cannot afford to travel to other diagnostic centres, they will be allowed access to the necessary medical services.
