Obiectivul general il reprezinta cresterea performantei energetice a constructiilor rezidentiale din municipiul Alba Iulia in contextul asigurarii unei calitații optime de viata. Acest deziderat se aliniaza politicii locale de dezvoltare definita in urmatoarele documente strategice: - Strategia de dezvoltare a Municipiului Alba Iulia, pentru perioada 2014 – 2020 – Strategia Integrată de Dezvoltare Urbana (SIDU); - Planul de actiune pentru energie durabila - PAED - al municipiului Alba Iulia. Atingerea obiectivului general va conduce la: - Reducerea consumului de energie si limitarea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de sera cu 24% pana in 2020 in raport cu cantitatea de emisii evaluata pentru anul de referinta 2008 (deziderat al PAED Alba Iulia); - Crearea/mentinerea de locuri de munca si promovarea coeziunii sociale (obiectiv al Strategiei Europa 2020); - Constientizarea cetatenilor in problematica energiei durabile in vederea mobilizarii si implicarii lor in actiuni sustinute de reducere a consumurilor de energie. The general objective is to increase the energy performance of residential buildings in Alba Iulia in the context of ensuring an optimal quality of life. This goal is aligned with the local development policy defined in the following strategic documents: The development strategy of Alba Iulia Municipality for the period 2014-2020 – Integrated Urban Development Strategy (sidu); The action plan for sustainable energy – PAED – of the municipality of Alba Iulia. Achieving the general objective will lead to: — Reducing energy consumption and limiting greenhouse gas emissions by 24 % by 2020 compared to the quantity of emissions assessed for the reference year 2008 (deiderat of Alba Iulia PAED); — Creating/maintaining jobs and promoting social cohesion (target of the Europe 2020 strategy); — Raising citizens’ awareness on sustainable energy issues in order to mobilise and involve them in sustained actions to reduce energy consumption.
