Obiectivul general al proiectului il constituie cresterea gradului de participare a 181 de elevi dintre care 19 elevi(10%) din mediul rural/de etnie roma din regiunea Sud-Muntenia, judetul Prahova, la activitati de consiliere si orientare in cariera, activitati de invatare la locul de munca si activitati conexe (workshop-uri inovative) privind orientarea in cariera, cu accent pe sectoarele economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC si SNCDI, in vederea cresterii gradului de ocupare pe piata fortei de munca a absolventilor din domeniul Mecanica, Agricultura Comert, Industrie textila si pielarie, Industrie Alimentara, Turism si Alimentatie. Scopul acestui proiect este optimizarea ofertei educationale furnizand servicii de consiliere si orientare profesionala pentru 181 de elevi apartinand grupului tinta, facilitarea participarii a 136 de elevi la stagii de practica, dezvoltarea personala si profesionala pentru 181 de elevi, dezvoltarea de parteneriate sociale centrate pe formarea si deprinderea de competente profesionale si transversale cerute pe piata muncii inclusiv pentru categoriile dezavantajate de persoane, elevi din mediul rural si de etnie roma. Prezentul proiect finantat prin POCU, obiectivul specific 6.14, se adreseaza elevilor din regiunea de dezvoltare Sud-Muntenia, incadrandu-se in categoria regiunilor mai putin dezvoltate ale Romaniei. Educatia si dezvoltarea resurselor umane in aceasta regiune reprezinta unul dintre elementele fundamentale ale unei cresteri economice sustenabile, iar prezentul proiect raspunde acestei necesitati prin furnizarea de actiuni complexe bazate pe experienta dobandita si pe know-how-ul acumulat de catre Solicitant si Partener de-a lungul timpului. Proiectul ofera servicii complexe axate pe formarea si dezvoltarea de competente profesionale si transversale a 181 de elevi, in conformitate cu cerintele pietei muncii. Pachetul de servicii oferit in cadrul proiectului va facilita tranzitia de la educatie la piata fortei de munca, oferind masuri integrate si complementare in vederea dobandirii de competente necesare pentru gasirea si ocuparea pe piata muncii. Toate activitatile desfasurate in cadrul proiectului vor facilita tranzitia de la scoala la viata activa, integrarea pe piata muncii a 39 elevi din GT (21 % )si continuarea studiilor/cursurilor de formare a 19 elevi din GT (10%). Obiectivul proiectului si activitatile sale contribuie la atingerea obiectivului major al programului si anume va dezvolta resursele umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate si va stimula ocuparea. De asemenea, el contribuie la indeplinirea Obiectivului tematic 10 Efectuarea de investitii in domeniul educatiei, al formarii profesionale in vederea dobandirii de competente si a invatarii pe tot parcursul vietii, prin asigurarea derularii stagiilor de practica la agenti economici pentru 136 de elevi, consiliere si orientare profesionala pentru 181 de elev (Romanian)

The general objective of the project is to increase the participation of 181 students, of whom 19 pupils (10 %) from rural/Roma environment in the South-Muntenia region, Prahova county, in counseling and career guidance activities, workplace learning activities and related activities (innovative workshops) on career orientation, with a focus on economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to SNC and SNCDI, in order to increase the employment rate of graduates from Mechanics, Trade Agriculture, Textile and Leather Industry, Food Industry, Tourism and Food. The aim of this project is to optimise the educational offer by providing professional counselling and guidance services for 181 students belonging to the target group, facilitating the participation of 136 students in internships, personal and professional development for 181 students, developing social partnerships focused on training and learning professional and transversal skills required on the labour market, including for disadvantaged categories of people, rural and Roma students. This project financed by POCU, specific objective 6.14, is addressed to students from the South-Muntenia development region, falling within the category of less developed regions of Romania. Education and human resources development in this region is one of the fundamental elements of a sustainable economic growth, and this project responds to this need by providing complex actions based on the acquired experience and the know-how accumulated by the Applicant and Partner over time. The project offers complex services focused on the training and development of professional and transversal skills of 181 students, in accordance with the requirements of the labour market. The package of services offered within the project will facilitate the transition from education to labour market, offering integrated and complementary measures in order to acquire the necessary skills for finding and employment on the labour market. All the activities carried out within the project will facilitate the transition from school to active life, the integration into the labour market of 39 students from GT (21 %) and the continuation of the studies/training courses of 19 students from GT (10 %). The objective of the project and its activities contribute to the achievement of the main objective of the program, namely will develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system and will stimulate employment. It also contributes to the achievement of thematic objective 10 Making investments in education, vocational training in order to acquire skills and lifelong learning, by providing internships with economic agents for 136 students, counselling and professional guidance for 181 students (English)
