Obiectivul general al Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020 il reprezinta cresterea competitivitatii economice si imbunatatirea conditiilor de viata ale comunitatilor locale si regionale prin spijinirea dezvoltarii mediului de afaceri, a conditiilor infrastructurale si serviciilor, care sa asigure si dezvoltare sustenabila a regiunilor, capabile sa gestioneze in mod eficient resursele, sa valorifice potentialul lor de inovare si asimilare a progresului tehnologic. Obiectivul general al investitiei propuse: Investitia propusa se incadreaza in obiectivul tematic urmarit in cadrul Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020 Axa Prioritara 3 si anume tranzitia catre o economie cu emisii scazute de carbon.Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta Reabilitarea si modernizarea blocurilor de locuinte in orasul Chisineu-Cris judetul Arad Actiunile ce se vor intreprinde urmaresc indeaproape obiectivul specific al Prioritatii de investiții 3.1A, respectiv cresterea eficientei energetice in cladirile rezidentiale. Obiectivul general al proiectului il reprezinta reducerea costurilor aferente intretinerii blocurilor de locuinte din punct de vedere al eficientei energetice precum si oferirea unui confort hidrotermic optim. Obiectivele urmarite prin realizarea proiectului sunt: • Imbunatatirea capacitatii de izolare termica a peretilor exteriori ai cladirii; • Imbunatatirea confortului termic in interiorul cladirii. The general objective of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 is to increase economic competitiveness and improve the living conditions of local and regional communities by supporting the development of the business environment, infrastructure conditions and services, ensuring and sustainable development of the regions, capable of efficiently managing resources, capitalising on their potential for innovation and assimilation of technological progress. General objective of the proposed investment: The proposed investment falls within the thematic objective pursued under the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020 Priority Axis 3, namely the transition to a low carbon economy. The overall objective of the project is the rehabilitation and modernisation of housing blocks in the city of Chisineu-Cris Arad county The actions that will be undertaken closely follow the specific objective of investment priority 3.1A, namely the increase of energy efficiency in residential buildings. The general objective of the project is to reduce the costs related to the maintenance of housing blocks in terms of energy efficiency as well as to provide optimal hydrothermal comfort. The objectives pursued by the realisation of the project are: • Improving the thermal insulation capacity of the exterior walls of the building; • Improving thermal comfort inside the building.
