    OBIECTIVUL GENERAL al proiectului consta in: ”Cresterea numarului de manageri si angajati in departamentele de resurse umane, activi in domeniul Industriei auto si componentelor, care beneficiaza de programe de dezvoltare a abilitatilor si competentelor manageriale si a celor specifice domeniului resurselor umane, in vederea adaptarii activitatii profesionale la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv ”. Obiectivul specific aferent acestui apel de propuneri de proiecte, OS 3.8 vizeaza “Cresterea numarului de angajati care beneficiaza de instrumente, metode, practici etc standard de management al resurselor umane si de conditii de lucru imbunatatite in vederea adaptarii activitatii la dinamica sectoarelor economice cu potential competitiv identificate conform SNC/domeniilor de specializare inteligenta conform SNCDI”. Proiectul este dedicat sectorului eligibil conform SNC si SNCDI – ” Industria auto si componente”, S desfasurand in prezent activitate in Sibiu, la sediul social si puncte de lucru din acelasi judet (regiunea: Centru). Angajatii care vor compune GT isi desfasoara actvitatea la sediul social din Sibiu si activeaza in cadrul urmatorului CAEN eligibil si autorizat conform documentelor statutare anexate: „2931 – Fabricarea de echipamente electrice si electronice pentru autovehicule si pentru motoare de autovehicule”. Proiectul vizeaza prin obiectivele specifice si actiunile planificate indeplinirea OS ale prezentului apel, avand in vedere ca 235 persoane, dintre care 200 angajati de nivel managerial si 35 de persoane angajate in departamentul de resurse umane, activi in sectorul prioritar conform SNC/SNCDI – Industria auto si componente, vor parcurge o succesiune de programe de formare profesionala continua (cursuri formale, workshop-uri, conferinte) si isi vor imbunatati competentele de management strategic si vor putea implementa metode si practici moderne in gestionarea activitatii Solicitantului, astfel incat sa aiba un impact direct in dezvoltarea acestui sector economic prioritar/cu potential competitiv al industriei auto. In urma investitiei realizata de Solicitant in acest program, angajatii vor fi mult mai pregatiti sa faca fata atat dinamicii interne a companiei in care activeaza cat si dinamicii sectorului Industriei auto si componentelor la modul general, un sector care trebuie sa se adapteze permanent la dinamica economica globala si sa raspunda cerintelor clientilor sai, din ce in ce mai exigenti in ceea ce priveste acest domeniu inclusiv dpv al impactului sau asupra mediului inconjurator, cat si a integrarii inovarii in produsele dezvoltate. Pentru a-si mentine competitivitatea in domeniul de activitate prezentat, angajatorii trebuie sa investeasca permanent in forta de munca, sa mentina nivelul de cunostinte al angajatilor, sa le actualizeze permanent si sa implementeze constant programe de invatare pe tot parcursul vietii.     The GENERAL objective of the project is: “Increasing the number of managers and employees in the human resources departments, active in the automotive industry and components, who benefit from programs for the development of managerial skills and competences and those specific to human resources, in order to adapt the professional activity to the dynamics of economic sectors with competitive potential”. The specific objective related to this call for proposals for projects, OS 3.8 aims to “Increase the number of employees benefiting from tools, methods, practices etc. standard human resources management and improved working conditions in order to adapt the activity to the dynamics of the economic sectors with competitive potential identified according to the NCNS/smart specialisation domains according to SNCDI”. The project is dedicated to the eligible sector according to SNC and SNCDI – “Car industry and components”, S currently operating in Sibiu, at the registered office and working points in the same county (region: Centre). The employees who will compose GT carry out their act at the registered office in Sibiu and work within the following eligible and authorised CAEN according to the attached statutory documents: “2931 – Manufacture of electrical and electronic equipment for motor vehicles and motors”. The project aims through the specific objectives and the planned actions to meet the OS of this call, considering that 235 people, out of which 200 employees at managerial level and 35 persons employed in the human resources department, active in the priority sector according to SNC/SNCDI – Automotive Industry and Components, will complete a succession of continuous professional training programs (formal courses, workshops, conferences) and will improve their strategic management skills and will be able to implement modern methods and practices in managing the applicant’s activity, so as to have a direct impact in the development of this priority economic sector/competitive potential of the automotive industry. Following the investment made by the Applicant in this program, the employees will be much more prepared to cope with both the internal dynamics of the company in which it operates and the dynamics of the automotive industry and components sector in general, a sector that must constantly adapt to the global economic dynamics and meet the demands of its customers, increasingly demanding in this field including its environmental impact, as well as the integration of innovation in the developed products. In order to maintain their competitiveness in the field of activity presented, employers must permanently invest in the workforce, maintain the level of knowledge of the employees, constantly update them and constantly implement lifelong learning programs.
