Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in dezvoltarea documentatiilor tehnico-economice necesare pentru continuarea strategiei judetene pentru dezvoltarea sectorului de apa si apa uzata, in vederea atingerii tintelor asumate de Romania prin Tratatul de Aderare la Uniunea Europeana, inclusiv asigurarea suportului necesar pe parcursul evaluarii Aplicatiei de Finantare si de atribuire a contractelor in vederea obtinerii finantarii proiectului regional, respectiv asistenta tehnica acordata de proiectant pe parcursul derularii lucrarilor pentru contractele tip executie de lucrari*. Astfel se continua procesul de dezvoltare a infrastructurii de apa si apa uzata in aria de operare a OR si asigurand accesul populatiei si din mediul rural la servicii de alimentare cu apa si de canalizare, conforme cu normele europene privind calitatea acestor servicii, precum si cresterea nivelului de colectare si epurare a apelor uzate. *Nota: Aceasta activitate este contractata împreuna cu activitatile prezentei cereri de finantare, însa va fi cuprinsa si ulterior rambursata în cadrul proiectului de investitii. The general objective of the project is to develop the necessary technical and economic documentation for the continuation of the county strategy for the development of the water and wastewater sector, in order to achieve the targets assumed by Romania through the Treaty of Accession to the European Union, including the provision of the necessary support during the evaluation of the Financing Application and the award of contracts in order to obtain the financing of the regional project, namely technical assistance provided by the designer during the works execution contracts*. Thus, the process of developing the water and wastewater infrastructure in the OR’s operating area continues and ensuring the access of the population and rural areas to water supply and sewerage services, in accordance with the European standards on the quality of these services, as well as increasing the level of collection and treatment of waste water. *Note: This activity is contracted together with the activities of this financing application, but it will be covered and subsequently reimbursed within the investment project.
