Dezvoltarea infrastructurii socio-culturale si imbunatatirea spatiilor publice urbane de la nivelul Orasului Panciu in vederea sporirii pe termen mediu si lung a calitatii vietii cetatenilor. Avand in vedere ca in orasele mici, activitatile desfasurate in cadrul caminelor culturale si a caselor de cultura reprezinta principalele activitati culturale si recreative la care au acces cetatenii, investitiile asupra infrastructurii specifice reprezinta una din masurile importante pe care administratia publica locala trebuie sa le adopte in scopul cresterii calitatii vietii cetatenilor. De asemenea, imbunatatirile aduse spatiilor publice urbane (reabilitarea aleilor, trotuarelor, crearea de spatii verzi, crearea de locuri de joaca moderne pentru copii) au impact direct si imediat asupra calitatii vietii cetatenilor orasului. Abordarea integrata a mai multor necesitati complementare identificate la nivel local, ofera posibilitatea rezolvarii mai multor probleme intr-o maniera corelata si sporeste impactul investitiei la nivel local. Proiectul contribuie astfel la realizarea Obiectivului specific 13.1 al Priorității de Investiții 9b. (Romanian)

Development of socio-cultural infrastructure and improvement of urban public spaces in Panciu City in order to increase the quality of life of citizens in the medium and long term. Considering that in small towns, the activities carried out in the cultural homes and cultural houses represent the main cultural and recreational activities to which citizens have access, the investments on the specific infrastructure are one of the important measures that the local public administration must adopt in order to increase the quality of life of citizens. Also, improvements to urban public spaces (rehabilitation of alleys, sidewalks, creation of green spaces, creation of modern playgrounds for children) have a direct and immediate impact on the quality of life of the citizens of the city. The integrated approach of several complementary needs identified at local level, offers the possibility to solve several problems in a correlated manner and increases the impact of investment at local level. The project thus contributes to the achievement of Specific Objective 13.1 of the Investment Priority 9b. (English)
