Obiectivul general al proiectului „LUCRARI DE INTERVENTIE PRIVIND MODERNIZARE ȘI EXTINDERE A ȘCOLII GIMNAZIALE STOENEȘTI” îl constituie îmbunatatirea calitatii infrastructurii de educatie si a dotarii Scolii Gimnaziale Stoenesti, pentru asigurarea populatiei cu servicii esentiale, precum accesul la un proces educational la standarde europene si a cresterii participarii populatiei scolare la procesul educational în conditii corespunzatoare. Atingerea obiectivului general se va realiza ca urmare a indeplinirii tuturor obiectivelor specifice enuntate mai jos. Proiectul de fata, prin obiectivul general enuntat, respectiv de reabilitare a unei unitati de invatamant din mediul rural este in concordanta cu prioritatea de investitie a prezentului apel, respectiv reabilitarea infrastructurii educationale din invatamantul gimnazial, contribuind la imbunatatirea rezultatelor scolare si la o rata de tranzitie mai mare catre nivelurile superioare de educatie. Imbunatatirea infrastructurii si echiparea unitatii de invatamant cu dotari tehnologice moderne sporeste atractivitatea unitatii de invatamant, fiind o actiune realizata in concordanta cu masurile de prevenire si corectare stabilite pentru reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii, asumate de Romania in cadrul Programului/strategiei Europa 2020, precum si impreuna cu actiunile prevazute in Planul National de Reforma 2017, pag.46 (https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info/files/2017-european-semester-national-reform-programme-romania-ro_0.pdf). Proiectul „LUCRARI DE INTERVENTIE PRIVIND MODERNIZARE ȘI EXTINDERE A ȘCOLII GIMNAZIALE STOENEȘTI” contribuie in mod direct la asigurarea unei oferte educationale adecvate, accesibile si de calitate pentru copii si tineri din mediul rural- Comuna Stoenesti judetul Valcea, respectiv la atingerea obiectivului specific 10.1 al axei prioritare "Crestererea gradului de participare la nivelul educatiei timpurii si invatamantului obligatoriu, in special pentru copii cu risc crescut de parasire timpurie a sistemului", in cadrul Axei prioritare 10 "Imbunatatirea infrastructurii educationale" a Programului Operational Regional 2014-2020. The general objective of the project “Intervention LUCRARI FOR MODERNISATION AND EXTINDATION OF Stoenesti Secondary School” is to improve the quality of the education infrastructure and the endowment of the Stoenesti Secondary School, in order to provide the population with essential services, such as access to an educational process at European standards and to increase the participation of the school population in the educational process in appropriate conditions. The achievement of the general objective will be achieved as a result of the achievement of all the specific objectives set out below. This project, through the general objective, namely the rehabilitation of a rural education unit, is consistent with the investment priority of this call, namely the rehabilitation of the educational infrastructure in secondary education, contributing to the improvement of school results and a higher transition rate towards the higher levels of education. Improving the infrastructure and equipping the education unit with modern technological facilities increases the attractiveness of the education unit, being an action carried out in accordance with the preventive and corrective measures established to reduce the school’s early school leaving, assumed by Romania within the Europe 2020 Programme/strategie, as well as with the actions set out in the 2017 National Reform Plan, page 46 (https://ec.europa.eu/info/sites/info/files/2017-european-semester-national-reform-programme-romania-ro_0.pdf). The project “Intervention WORKING FOR MODERNISATION AND EXTINDATION OF Stoenești Secondary School” contributes directly to ensuring an adequate, accessible and quality educational offer for children and young people in rural areas – Stoenesti County Valcea County, respectively to achieving the specific objective 10.1 of the priority axis “Increasing participation in early education and compulsory education, especially for children at increased risk of early leaving the system”, under Priority Axis 10 “Improving educational infrastructure” of the Regional Operational Programme 2014-2020.
