Obiectivul general al proiectului este eficientizarea activităţii Consiliului Judeţean Mureş prin implementarea în activitatea curentă a unui instrument de management al calităţii recunoscut internaţional pentru furnizarea de servicii publice, care să vină în aşteptarea beneficiarilor. Obiectivul general este direct corelat cu Programul Operaţional Capacitate Administrativă, Axa prioritară 2: Administraţie şi sistem judiciar accesibile şi transparente, Obiectivul Specific 2.1.: Introducerea de sisteme şi standarde comune în administraţia publică locală ce optimizează procesele orientate către beneficiari în concordanţă cu SCAP. The general objective of the project is to streamline the activity of the Mures County Council by implementing in the current activity an internationally recognised quality management tool for the provision of public services, to come awaiting the beneficiaries. The general objective is directly linked to the Administrative Capacity Operational Programme, Priority Axis 2: Accessible and transparent administration and judicial system, Specific Objective 2.1.: Introduction of common systems and standards in local public administration that optimise beneficiary-oriented processes in line with SCAP.
