Analizandu-si situatia intreprinderea si-a identificat in prezent, din punct de vedere strategic urmatoarele aspecte: 1.Structura de baza de executie lucrari in functie de tendinta generala a pietei, a pozitiei sale pe piata si a capacitatii de executie proprii; 2.Oportunitatile de crestere pe piata, care nu pot fi realizate din punct de vedere cantitativ si tehnologic cu, capacitatile existente; 3.Directiile de modernizare necesare, nevoia de investitii pentru a inlatura limitarile dotarii tehnice existente. Pornind de la definirea liniilor strategice, proiectul are ca scop: (1)Consolidarea pozitiei intreprinderii in sectorul constructiilor, prin executia lucrarilor la o calitate mult imbunatatita si competitive ca pret, respectiv constructiile metalice; (2)Promptitudine ridicata in onorarea comenzilor, datorita cresterii capacitatii de executie pe acest sector; (3)Imbunatatirea competitivitatii nationale si internationale prin cresterea calitatii lucrarilor; (4)Consolidarea pozitiei intreprinderii pe piata interna ca furnizor de lucrari de constructii metalice. In functie de acestea, intreprinderea si-a stabilit obiectivul general si cele specifice a se realiza si a decis cresterea productivitatii si competitivitatii prin implementarea prezentului proiect. Obiectivul general al proiectului consta in cresterea competitivitatii si productivitatii economice bazandu-se pe principiile dezvoltarii durabile, in vederea participarii active a intreprinderii S.CALES COMPANY S.R.L. la consolidarea si dezvoltarea sectorului de constructii. Analysing the situation of the enterprise has now identified the following aspects from a strategic point of view: 1.Basic structure of execution works according to the general market trend, its market position and its own execution capacity; 2.The opportunities for growth on the market, which cannot be achieved from a quantitative and technological point of view, with the existing capacities; 3.The necessary modernisation directions, the need for investments to remove the limitations of the existing technical equipment. Starting from the definition of strategic lines, the project aims to: (1)Strengthening the position of the enterprise in the construction sector, by performing the works at a much improved and competitive quality in price, i.e. metal constructions; (2)High satisfaction in fulfilling orders, due to the increase of the execution capacity on this sector; (3)Improve national and international competitiveness by increasing the quality of works; (4)Strengthening the company’s position on the domestic market as a supplier of metal construction works. Depending on these, the enterprise set its general and specific objective to achieve and decided to increase productivity and competitiveness through the implementation of this project. The general objective of the project is to increase competitiveness and economic productivity based on the principles of sustainable development, in order to actively participate S.CALES COMPANY S.R.L. in the consolidation and development of the construction sector.
