The general objective of the project is to increase the capacity to treat and manage the COVID-19 crisis in a timely and efficient manner, by equipping the City Municipal Hospital with medical equipment, protective devices and equipment necessary for the treatment of COVID-19 infected patients and preventing the spread of SARS CoV-2 virus infection. Through the investments proposed through the project, it will contribute to the result indicator of the program, namely the additional capacity of care and treatment of cases of COVID-19 infection by reducing the response time regarding the main and secondary diagnosis and treatment of suspicious and/or COVID patients (1 equip mobile radiology, 5 ap ventilation, 1 mobile ultrasound, 5 ATI beds, 10 beds/tables UPU, 33 suspicious beds and/or COVID, 5 stretches), improving the triage capacity by over 60 % (including by purchasing a triage container), ensuring a safer environment by reducing the risk of infection by more than 80 % using disinfection and sterilisation systems (nebuliser disinfection salons COVID-19, robot disinfection COVID-19), production of oxygen needed to treat respiratory complications (own oxygen production system + air+vacuum), testing over 200 patients through rapid tests, equipping the Hospital for the vulnerable category of elderly, especially those dependent, as well as ensuring safe and hygienic transport, by purchasing a means of transport for patients and samples collected (ambulance). It contributes to the achievement of the result indicator 2S 136, Appropriate care and treatment of cases of infection with SARS-CoV-2/health crisis management before LIOP intervention: No/after LIOP:DA intervention.
