    Obiectivul general al proiectului este reprezentat de cresterea participarii elevilor din invatamantul profesional si liceal (ISCED 3, nivel de calificare 3-4) la programe de invatare la locul de munca/instruire practica, inclusiv firme de exercitiu, prin intermediul parteneriatelor încheiate cu mediul de afaceri privat din sectoarele industrie si servicii, centrate pe formarea si dezvoltarea de competente profesionale si transversale care sa raspunda nevoilor actuale si viitoare ale pietei muncii la nivelul Regiunii Sud Vest Oltenia. Grupul tinta caruia se adreseaza proiectul este format din 182 de elevi (ISCED 3, nivel de calificare 3 - 4) inmatriculati in sistemul national de invatamant profesional si liceal tehnologic, cu calificari din sectoarele industrie si servicii, cu domiciliul sau resedinta in Regiunea Sud-Vest Oltenia. Din cei 182 de elevi ai grupului tinta, 5 elevi apartin minoritatii roma si 15 de elevi apartin mediului rural. Obiectivul general al proiectului corespunde obiectivului major al POCU de dezvoltare a resurselor umane prin cresterea accesului la un sistem de educatie si formare profesionala de calitate prin complementaritatea cu AP 6, OT.10 si Prioritatea de Investitii 10iv prin oferirea de oportunitati celor 182 de elevi din grupul tinta de a beneficia de un pachet de masuri menite sa le faciliteze trecerea de la mediul educational la piata muncii prin: consiliere si orientare profesionala, participarea la programe de pregatire/instruire practica in mediul real (la sediul agentilor economici parteneri de practica, potentiali angajatori), dezvoltarea competentelor transversale prin gestionarea de firme de exercitiu dedicate mediului economic social.     The general objective of the project is to increase the participation of students from vocational and secondary education (ISCED 3, qualification level 3-4) in work-based learning/practical training programs, including exercise companies, through partnerships concluded with the private business environment in the industry and services sectors, focused on training and development of professional and transversal skills that meet the current and future needs of the labor market at the level of South West Oltenia Region. The target group to which the project is addressed consists of 182 students (ISCED 3, qualification level 3-4) registered in the national system of vocational and technological secondary education, with qualifications from industry and services sectors, residing or residing in the South-West Oltenia Region. Of the 182 students of the target group, 5 pupils belong to the Roma minority and 15 students belong to the countryside. The general objective of the project corresponds to the main objective of POCU to develop human resources by increasing access to a quality education and training system through complementarity with AP 6, OT.10 and Investment Priority 10iv by offering opportunities to the 182 students in the target group to benefit from a package of measures designed to facilitate their transition from the educational environment to the labour market by: professional counselling and guidance, participation in training/practical training programs in the real environment (at the headquarters of economic agents, practical partners, potential employers), development of transversal skills through the management of exercise companies dedicated to the social economic environment.
