Projekt zvýší dostupnost sociální práce klientům. Budou přijati 4 sociální pracovníci na 4,0 úvazku, kteří budou působit především ve vyloučených lokalitách. Zároveň dojde, díky systému komplexně provázaných vzdělávacích aktivit a supervizi k profesionalizaci výkonu sociální práce. Dále bude posílena interdisciplinární spolupráce s dalšími aktéry v sociální oblasti a síti v ORP Most. Projekt předpokládá podpořit 300 klientů, přičemž u 80 z nich bude překročena hranice bagatelní podpory. (Czech)
