Dezvoltarea si modernizarea infrastructurii scolare a comunei Luncavita prin realizarea unui atelier scoala pentru desfasurarea activitatilor de pregatire profesionala a elevilor din cadrul Liceului Tehnologic Simion Leonescu, liceu cu profil agricol. Proiectul va contribui la asigurarea accesului la educație colectivitailor din zona, la creşterea accesului, calităţii şi a atractivităţii educaţiei, şi la creşterea ratei de tranziţie spre niveluri superioare de educaţie. Cadrul general de dezvoltare si prioritizare a politicilor de educatie pentru perioada 2014-2020 este asigurat de Strategia privind reducerea parasirii timpurii a scolii in Romania, document strategic de referinta, elaborat de catre Ministerul Educatiei Nationale, prin intermediul caruia sunt identificate directiile de dezvoltare pe care Romania trebuie sa le urmeze, in vederea asigurarii accesului echitabil la servicii educationale de calitate, cat mai apropiate de nevoile elevilor. In urma implementarii proiectului, va rezulta o unitate de invatamant moderna, dotata cu mobilierul educational aferent si echipamente IT de ultima generatie. Astfel, investitia pentru proiectul ”Construire si dotare atelier scoala si spatii tehnologice in localitatea Luncavita, judetul Tulcea” va contribui la dezvoltarea la nivel local a infrastructurii educationale, reducand inegalitatile existente si asigurarea accesului sporit la sistemul de invatamant romanesc. Pe teren exista in prezent patru constructii: C1- atelierul scoala si C2 - magazia atelierului, care se vor desfiinta; C3 – centrala termica si C4 – cladire grupuri sanitare, care se mentin. Proiectul consta in demolarea constructiilor existente C1 si C2 si construirea unei noi cladiri pentru atelier. Nu se fac interventii la celelalte corpuri respectiv C3 – centrala termica si C4 – cladire grupuri sanitare. (Romanian)

Development and modernisation of the school infrastructure of Luncavita commune by creating a school workshop for carrying out professional training activities for students from Simion Leonescu Technological High School, high school with agricultural profile. The project will contribute to ensuring access to education to local collectivities, increasing access, quality and attractiveness of education, and increasing the transition rate to higher levels of education. The general framework for the development and prioritisation of education policies for the period 2014-2020 is ensured by the Strategy on reducing early school leaving in Romania, a strategic reference document, elaborated by the Ministry of National Education, which identifies the development directions that Romania must follow, in order to ensure equitable access to quality educational services, as close as possible to students’ needs. Following the implementation of the project, it will result in a modern education unit, equipped with related educational furniture and state-of-the-art IT equipment. Thus, the investment for the project “Building and equipping school and technological spaces in Luncavita, Tulcea County” will contribute to the local development of the educational infrastructure, reducing existing inequalities and ensuring increased access to the Romanian education system. On the ground there are currently four constructions: C1 – school workshop and C2 – workshop store, which will be disbanded; C3 – thermal power plant and C4 – bathroom building, which is maintained. The project consists of the demolition of existing C1 and C2 buildings and the construction of a new building for the workshop. No interventions are made at the other bodies, namely C3 – thermal power plant and C4 – bathroom building. (English)
