OBIECTIVUL GENERAL AL PROIECTULUI ESTE: Cresterea ocuparii in domenii nonagricole in orasele din Regiunea de dezvoltare Sud-Est prin dezvoltarea competentelor antreprenoriale ale unui numar de 500 persoane, infiintarea si functionarea a 60 noi activitati independente / intreprinderi, inclusiv microintreprinderi inovatoare, care vor crea 120 noi locuri de munca sustenabile. Scopul proiectului va fi atins prin implementarea unei scheme de antreprenoriat care structureaza activitatile de stimulare a antreprenoriatului si a ocuparii pe cont propriu prin sustinerea infiintarii si functionarii unor intreprinderi cu profil nonagricol in zona urbana, in 3 etape cadru, fiecare vizand urmatoarele modalitati de interventie: ETAPA 1 FORMARE ANTREPRENORIALA prin: - INFORMARE larga cu privire la oportunitatile oferite prin proiectul SANSE si conditiile de acces, urmata de CURSURI COMPETENTE ANTREPRENORIALE autorizate ANC pt. 500 beneficiari eligibili, care intentioneaza sa infiinteze o afacere cu profil nonagricol in zona urbana din regiunea tinta - SI SELECTAREA, in cadrul concursului de planuri de afaceri, a minim 60 PLANURI DE AFACERI in vederea finantarii, prin ajutor de minimis, a infiintarii si functionarii unor noi intreprinderi - SI STAGII DE PRACTICA la firme existente pt. beneficiarii ale caror planuri de afaceri au fost selectate in vederea finantarii. ETAPA 2 IMPLEMENTAREA PLANURILOR DE AFACERI prin SPRIJIN TEHNIC SI FINANCIAR (ajutor de minimis si servicii personalizate de consiliere/ consultanta/ mentorat) acordat beneficiarilor castigatori ai concursului de planuri de afaceri pt. infiintarea si functionarea a celor minim 60 intreprinderi nou create si crearea a minim 120 locuri de munca SI MONITORIZAREA FUNCTIONARII SI DEVOLTARII AFACERILOR ETAPA 3: MONITORIZAREA functionarii si dezvoltarii intreprinderilor sprijinite si mentinerii celor 120 locuri de munca PE PERIOADA DE SUSTENABILITATE de minim 6 luni dupa terminarea sprijinului. Prin atingerea obiectivului sau general, proiectul se subsumeaza obiectivelor vizate prin POCU, Axa prioritara 3: Locuri de munca pt. toti, Obiectivul tematic 8: Promovarea unor locuri de munca durabile si de calitate si sprijinirea mobilitatii lucratorilor, Prioritatea de investitii 8.iii: Activitati independente, antreprenoriat si infiintare de intreprinderi, inclusiv a unor microintreprinderi si a unor intreprinderi mici si mijlocii inovatoare si contribuie in mod concret, cuantificabil si semnificativ la atingerea obiectivului specific al apelului de propuneri de proiecte, respectiv Obiectivul specific 3.7: Cresterea ocuparii prin sustinerea intreprinderilor cu profil nonagricol din zona urbana. Aceasta este demonstrata prin faptul ca, pana la incheierea proiectului, numarul de locuri de munca nou create in domenii nonagricole in orasele regiunii tinta va creste cu cel putin 120 locuri de munca sustenabile, numarul intreprinderilor nou infiintate va creste cu minim 60, iar minim 5 (Romanian)

THE OVERALL OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT IS TO: Increasing employment in non-agricultural areas in the cities of the South-East Development Region by developing the entrepreneurial skills of 500 people, establishing and operating 60 new independent activities/businesses, including innovative micro-enterprises, which will create 120 new sustainable jobs. The aim of the project will be achieved by implementing an entrepreneurship scheme that structure the activities of stimulating entrepreneurship and self-employment by supporting the establishment and operation of non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area, in 3 frame stages, each targeting the following intervention modes: Stage 1 ANTREPRENORAL FORMATION by: — Wide information on the opportunities offered by the SANSE project and the access conditions, followed by ANTREPRENORAL COMPETENT COURS authorised by ANC for. 500 eligible beneficiaries, who intend to set up a non-agricultural business in the urban area of the target region – AND SELECTARE, within the contest of business plans, a minimum of 60 BUSINESS PLANs in order to finance, through de minimis aid, the establishment and operation of new enterprises – and PRACTICAL STAGES at existing companies for the beneficiaries whose business plans have been selected for financing. Stage 2 IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS PLANs through TECHNICAL AND FINANCIAL SUPPORT (de minimis aid and personalised advisory/advisory/mentorate services) granted to the winners of the business plan contest for the establishment and operation of the minimum 60 newly created enterprises and the creation of a minimum of 120 jobs and the monitoring of the functioning and development of ETAPA AFFAIRS 3: Monitoring the functioning and development of the supported enterprises and maintaining the 120 jobs on the PERIOD OF SUSTENABILITY for at least 6 months after the end of the support. By achieving its general objective, the project is subsumed to the objectives pursued by POCU, Priority Axis 3: Jobs for all, Thematic Objective 8: Promoting sustainable and quality jobs and supporting worker mobility, Investment Priority 8.iii: Independent activities, entrepreneurship and the establishment of enterprises, including micro enterprises and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, contribute concretely, quantifiable and significant to the achievement of the specific objective of the call for proposals, namely Specific Objective 3.7: Increasing employment by supporting non-agricultural enterprises in the urban area. This is demonstrated by the fact that, by the end of the project, the number of newly created jobs in non-agricultural areas in the target regions will increase by at least 120 sustainable jobs, the number of newly established enterprises will increase by a minimum of 60 and a minimum of 5 (English)
