Projekt je zaměřen na zvýšení společenského uplatnění osob soc. vyloučených či vyloučením ohrožených, na zvýšení jejich sociálních kompetencí i uplatnění na trhu práce, a to prostřednictvím působení terénních komunitních pracovníků. Ti budou pracovat s osobami z cílových skupin (CS) zejména v soc. vyloučených a problémových lokalitách města Náchoda, ale dle potřeby se budou věnovat všem osobám z definované CS na území města a jeho okolí.
