The aim of the Act is to ensure a smooth transition to the labour market of young people aged 16-23 by attending EPAs Apprenticeships OAED. The dual system of Apprenticeships implemented by EPAs combines theoretical and laboratory training at school with on-the-job training. The aim is to acquire young learners, in addition to the necessary theoretical knowledge, and professional experience that will facilitate their smooth transition from technical education to the labour market. During their studies, students attend theoretical and laboratory courses, while at the same time they undertake Apprenticeships/Practical Training in private or public sector enterprises, in positions relevant to their specialisation. Στόχος της Πράξης είναι η ομαλή μετάβαση στην αγορά εργασίας νέων ηλικίας 16-23 ετών μέσω της φοίτησης στις ΕΠΑΣ Μαθητείας ΟΑΕΔ. Το δυϊκό σύστημα Μαθητείας που εφαρμόζουν οι ΕΠΑΣ συνδυάζει τη θεωρητική και εργαστηριακή κατάρτιση στο σχολείο με την εκπαίδευση σε πραγματικές συνθήκες εργασίας (on-the-job training).Στόχος είναι να αποκτήσει ο εκπαιδευόμενος νέος, εκτός από τις απαραίτητες θεωρητικές γνώσεις, και επαγγελματική εμπειρία που θα διευκολύνει την ομαλή μετάβαση του από την τεχνική εκπαίδευση στην αγορά εργασίας.Κατά τη διάρκεια των σπουδών τους οι μαθητές παρακολουθούν θεωρητικά και εργαστηριακά μαθήματα ενώ παράλληλα πραγματοποιούν Μαθητεία/πρακτική άσκηση σε επιχειρήσεις του Ιδιωτικού ή Δημοσίου Τομέα, σε θέσεις συναφείς με την ειδικότητά τους (Greek)
