The objective of the project is the implementation of a specific, flexible, transparent, objective and effective institutional and legislative framework in the field of social solidarity and social protection. The aim of the project is to collect, consolidate, clear and systematically classify the legislative texts and regulations of this policy area and to integrate them into a new single institutional framework. This will create the institutional basis for synergy and uniform treatment of the needs of legal persons governed by public and private law in all the regions of the country, full harmonisation with Community legislation and the use of the best data from the laws of the Member States of the European Union. During the implementation of the project, the framework for the creation of a single national register benefiting from all forms of social protection will also be established. Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η υλοποίηση ενός ειδικού, ευέλικτου, διαφανούς, αντικειμενικού και αποτελεσματικού θεσμικού και νομοθετικού πλαισίου που αφορά στον τομέα παροχής κοινωνικής προστασίας κοινωνικής αλληλεγγύης και κοινωνικής πρόνοιας. Σκοπός του έργου είναι η συγκέντρωση, ενοποίηση, εκκαθάριση και συστηματική ταξινόμηση των νομοθετικών κειμένων και κανονιστικών διατάξεων του συγκεκριμένου τομέα πολιτικής και η ενσωμάτωσή τους σε ένα νέο ενιαίο θεσμικό πλαίσιο.Με τον τρόπο αυτό θα δημιουργηθεί η θεσμική βάση συνέργειας και ενιαίας αντιμετώπισης των αναγκών από Νομικά Πρόσωπα Δημόσιου και Ιδιωτικού Δικαίου σε όλες της Περιφέρειες της χώρας, θα επιτευχθεί η πλήρης εναρμόνιση με την Κοινοτική νομοθεσία και η αξιοποίηση των καλύτερων στοιχείων από τις νομοθεσίες κρατών-μέλών της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.Κατά την υλοποίηση του έργου θα τεθεί επίσης το πλαίσιο για τη δημιουργία, ενιαίου εθνικού μητρώου ωφελούμενων από κάθε μορφή παροχής κοινωνικής προστασίας.
