TZB Global, s.r.o. is active in the production and development of air ducts, distribution elements, metal furniture for retail and custom production of sheet metal parts. The aim of the present project is to support innovation and research development activities by procuring new innovative technology and its introduction into production in synergy with the R & D activity entity. The application of modern and highly innovative technology has a link to the main activity of the project – other innovative measures. It’s about buying technology – Fiber laser machine. The place of realisation of the porjekt is the village Malá Mača, Vadónska 183 (district of Galanta). With its innovative potential, the new technology will not only increase the quality level of the product – laser cutting of sheet metal, improve its properties – efficiency up to 100 % higher, but also significantly streamline the technological process of production. An additional benefit will be to increase the quality, speed, efficiency and flexibility in the production process with a view to sustainable development and environmental paralysis. There will be product innovation, process innovation as well as innovative innovation. Spoločnosť TZB Global, s.r.o. pôsobí v oblasti výroby a vývoja vzduchotechnických potrubí, distribučných prvkov, kovového nábytku pre maloobchod a zákazkovú výrobu súčiastok z plechu. Cieľom predkladaného projektu je podpora inovačných a výskumno vývojových aktivít obstaraním novej inovatívnej technológie a jej zavedenie do výroby v súčinnosti so subjektom s výskumno - vývojovou činnosťou. Aplikovanie modernej a vysoko inovatívnej technológie má väzbu na hlavnú aktivitu projektu - ostatné inovačné opatrenia. Ide o kúpu technológie - Fiber laserový stroj. Miesto realizácie porjektu je obec Malá Mača, Vadónska 183 (okres Galanta). Nová technológia svojim inovačným potencionálom zabezpečí nielen zvýšenie kvalitatívnej úrovne výrobku - rezania plechov laserom, zdokonalenie jeho vlastnosti - efektivitu vyššiu až o 100%, ale aj výrazne zefektívnenie technologického procesu výroby. Ďalším prínosom bude zvýšenie kvality, rýchlosti, efektívnosti a pružnosti vo výrobnom procese s ohľadom na trvalo - udržateľný rozvoj a ocharnu životného prostredia. Dôjde k inovácii produktu, procesu ako aj k inovačnej inovácii. Realizáciou projektu budú dosiahnuté nasledovné merateľné ukazovatele: Počet podnikov, ktoré dostávajú podporu s cieľom predstaviť výrobky, ktoré sú pre firmu nové: 1Počet produktov, ktoré sú pre firmu nové: 1 Počet inovovaných procesov: 1Počet organizačných inovácií: 1 (Slovak)
