The subject of the project is the acquisition of new technology – laser fiber burning machine for cutting material. The implementation of the project will ensure an increase in labour productivity, a reduction in the number of operational steps of production, a reduction in the time of operational steps, a reduction in the number of failures, an improvement in the quality of production, an increase in production volume → an improvement in the economy/economicity of production. Technological process innovation: the individual subsequent production operations will be merged into one step and the separate grinding of the burned part and drilling of the holes on the part is removed, the cutting width is narrowed and the accuracy and quality of the burned part will be increased.The growth of work efficiency – in parallel, the material will be handled on one burning table. The process of innovation will be reflected – by increasing the quality, saved costs of consumables and reducing production time, which will ultimately translate into a reduced price of the final product.The final consequence is the growth of competitiveness of our products. Predmetom projektu je obstaranie novej technológie – laserový fiberový páliaci stroj na delenie materiálu. Realizácia projektu zabezpečí zvýšenie produktivity práce, zníženie počtu operačných krokov výroby, skrátenie času operačných krokov, zníženie počtu nepodarkov, zlepšenie kvality výroby, zvýšenie objemu výroby → zlepšenie ekonomiky/ hospodárnosti výroby. Inovácia technologického postupu výroby : zlúčia sa jednotlivé následné výrobné operácie do jedného kroku a odstráni sa samostatné brúsenie vypáleného dielca a vŕtanie otvorov na dielci, zúži sa šírka rezu a zvýši sa presnosť a kvalita vypáleného dielca.Rast efektivity práce – súbežne sa bude manipulovať s materiálom na jednom páliacom stole. Proces inovácie sa premietne – zvýšením kvality, ušetrených nákladov na spotrebný materiál a skrátením výrobného času, čo sa v konečnom dôsledku premietne do zníženej ceny finálneho výrobku.Konečný dôsledok je rastkonkurencieschopnosti našich výrobkov.
