The village Dulovce is located in Nitra Region, in the district of Komárno and lies 18 km north-east of Komárno. The submitted project is a complex project whose main objective is to reduce the energy intensity of the entire building of the municipal office in Dulovce by improving the thermal-technical properties of the perimeter walls, roofs and opening structures, complete modernisation of heating systems and lighting. Planned building modifications such as facade insulation, roof reconstruction, replacement of windows, entrance doors, occupancy pavement insulation, reconstruction of heating system, replacement of light sources to energy-saving light sources positively address the existing serious shortcomings of the building, resulting mainly from large heat losses in the heating season, inefficient use of primary energy sources. Based on the thermal engineering assessment, the planned reduction of the total energy demand for heating by 128,660964 MWh = 463,17947 GJ/year was calculated, i.e. 89.08 % reduction. A necessary part of the comfort solution of the municipal office building will also be the construction of a barrier-free entrance to the ground floor of the building, for this purpose the entrance door to the building will also be adapted. Obec Dulovce sa nachádza v Nitrianskom kraji, v okrese Komárno a leží 18 km severo-východne od Komárna. Predložený projekt je komplexným projektom, ktorého hlavným cieľom je zníženie energetickej náročnosti celej budovy obecného úradu v Dulovciach zlepšením tepelno-technických vlastností obvodových stien, strechy a otvorových konštrukcií, kompletnou modernizáciou vykurovacích systémov a osvetlenia. Plánovanými stavebnými úpravami, ako sú zateplenie fasády, rekonštrukciou strechy, výmenou okien, vchodových dverí, izoláciou okapového chodníka, rekonštrukciou vykurovacej sústavy, výmenou svetelných zdrojov na úsporné svetelné zdroje sa kladne riešia jestvujúce závažné nedostatky daného objektu, vyplývajúce predovšetkým z veľkých tepelných strát vo vykurovacom období, neefektívneho využívania primárnych energetických zdrojov. Na základe vypracovaného tepelno-technického posudku bolo vypočítané plánované zníženie celkovej potreby energie určenej na vykurovanie o 128,660964 MWh = 463,17947 GJ/rok čo je 89,08%-né zníženie. Nevyhnutnou súčasťou riešenia komfortu budovy Obecného úradu bude aj vybudovanie bezbariérového vstupu na prízemie budovy, k tomu účelu budú uspôsobené aj vstupné dvere do objektu. (Slovak)
