The aim of the project is to achieve a comprehensive solution to the energy performance of an administrative building with a hostel ensuring the energy efficiency of the building while using it and reducing the energy intensity (real energy consumption). The building is located in the area of the Training Centre of the Corps of Prison and Judicial Guards in Santovka. It is a special purpose institution of the Prison and Judicial Guards Corps (hereinafter referred to as the “Corporate”), which has a national competence and is organisationally subject to the Želiezovce prison sentence. Accommodation situated in the building is mainly used for accommodation of own members and employees of the choir from all 18 institutions of the choir during organised activities free of charge. The Corps performs its activities in accordance with Act No. 4/2001 Coll. on the Corps of Prison and Judicial Guards, as amended. The task of the project is to address the issue of reducing energy intensity and energy consumption in the building by improving the thermal protection of the building, including its insulation, changes in technical systems and the construction of sustainable technologies that will permanently reduce emissions caused by traditional heating of the building. The project also includes the implementation of installations producing energy from renewable energy sources. The proposed technological measures will achieve significant energy savings in the public building. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cieľom projektu je dosiahnuť komplexné riešenie energetickej hospodárnosti administratívnej budovy s ubytovňou zabezpečujúce energetickú efektívnosť budovy pri jej užívaní a zníženie energetickej náročnosti (skutočnej spotreby energie). Uvedená budova sa nachádza v areály Školiaceho strediska Zboru väzenskej a justičnej stráže v Santovke. Ide o účelové zariadenie Zboru väzenskej a justičnej stráže (ďalej len "zbor"), ktoré má celoslovenskú pôsobnosť a organizačne podlieha Ústavu na výkon trestu odňatia slobody Želiezovce. Ubytovanie situované v objekte sa využíva hlavne na ubytovanie vlastných príslušníkov a zamestnancov zboru zo všetkých 18 ústavov zboru počas organizovaných aktivít bezodplatne. Zbor vykonáva svoju činnosť v zmysle zákona č. 4/2001 Z.z. o Zbore väzenskej a justičnej stráže v znení neskorších predpisov.Úlohou projektu je riešiť problematiku znižovania náročnosti a spotreby energie v budove zlepšením tepelnej ochrany budovy vrátane jej zateplenia, zmenami v technických systémoch a vybudovaním udržateľných technológií, ktoré trvalo znížia emisie spôsobené tradičným vykurovaním budovy. Projekt zahŕňa aj realizáciu zariadení produkujúcich energiu z obnoviteľných zdrojov energie. Navrhovanými technologickými opatreniami sa dosiahne výrazná úspora potreby energie verejnej budovy.
