The aim of the project is to renovate the building and reduce energy consumption in the operation of the public building of the city of Košice.The local implementation is an administrative building, in which the administration of urban greenery, Rastislavova 79, Košice is located. The established objective will be achieved by implementing the project activity.In accordance with the implementation of the project, measures necessary to reduce the energy intensity of AB will be implemented.The energy-saving measures are designed beyond meeting the minimum requirements for the energy performance of buildings in accordance with Act No.555/2005 Coll. and Decree No. 364/2012 Coll. Currently, the building is in energy class C.A. After the implementation of the proposed measures, the building will be built in energy class A1. Energy-intensive public activity. Construction work will consist of: roof insulation, external casing insulation, window and door replacements,logy sanitation, installation of new heat source with higher efficiency for heating and heating TUV, reconstruction of lighting in the building, replacement of luminaires for led luminaires with new layout and new lightning rod. Measurable project indicators are based on the Project Assessment of the significantly renovated building (thermal technical assessment), part of the PD. Cieľom projektu je obnova budovy a zníženie spotreby energie pri prevádzke verejnej budovy mesta Košice.Miestom realizácie je administratívna budova,v ktorej sídli Správa mestskej zelene,Rastislavova 79,Košice.Stanovený cieľ bude dosiahnutý realizovaním aktivity projektu.V zmysle realizačnej PD sa budú v rámci projektu realizovať opatrenia nevyhnutné na zníženie energetickej náročnosti AB.Opatrenia na úsporu energie sú navrhnuté nad rámec splnenia minimálnych požiadaviek na energetickú hospodárnosť budov v zmysle zákona č.555/2005 Z.z. a vyhlášky č.364/2012 Z.z.V súčasnosti je budova v energetickej triede C.Po zrealizovaní navrhovaných opatrení bude budova v energ.triede A1.Hlavná aktivita projektu:Zníženie energetickej náročnosti verejnej budovy. Stavebné práce budú pozostávať zo: zateplenia strechy,zateplenia obvodového plášťa,výmeny okien a dverí,sanácie lógií,inštalácie nového zdroja tepla s vyššou účinnosťou pre vykurovanie a ohrev TUV,rekonštrukcie osvetlenia v budove,výmeny svietidiel za svietidlá led s novým rozmiestnením a nový bleskozvod. Merateľné ukazovatele projektu vychádzajú z Projektového hodnotenia významne obnovovanej budovy (tepelno technický posudok),súčasť PD. Plánovaná úspora energie na vykurovanie v rámci projektu je 75,7%. (Slovak)
