The project “Comprehensive Restoration of Objects Visit Room and Head of Change Banská Bystrica – Kráľová” is aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the administrative building, with the target parameter of the global indicator – primary energy class “A1”, the restoration of several critical structures of the building, which i.e. are significantly close to the period of technical life or are after the technical service life (roof jacket, circumferential shell and replacement of external opening structures).The project also includes the replacement of luminaires and the implementation of forced ventilation by means of recuperation units.The object is situated on the plot par. No. 3254 and 3259/3, k.ú. 2259/3, k.ú. The number of employees and functional use of the building will remain unchanged.After the implementation of the project, under specified marginal conditions it is expected to achieve heat consumption savings of about 79.00 %. Projekt "Komplexná obnova objektov Návštevná miestnosť a Vedúci zmeny Banská Bystrica - Kráľová" je zameraný na zníženie energetickej náročnosti administratívnej budovy, s cieľovým parametrom globálneho ukazovateľa - primárnej energie trieda "A1", obnovu viacerých rozhodujúcich konštrukcií objektu, ktoré sa t. č. výrazne približujú dobe technickej životnosti resp. sú po dobe technickej životnosti (strešný plášť, obvodový plášť a výmena vonkajších otvorových konštrukcií).Projekt zahŕňa aj výmenu svietidiel a realizáciu núteného vetrania prostredníctvom rekuperačných jednotiek.Objekt je situovaný na pozemku par. č. 3254 a 3259/3, k.ú. Radvaň, Banská Bystrica, adresa Sládkovičova 2238 / 80 a je jeden z objektov v správe Ústavu na výkon trestu odňatia slobody v Banskej Bystrici a jeho komplexná obnova nebude mať vplyv na prevádzku. Počet zamestnancov a funkčné využitie budovy ostanú nezmenené.Po realizácii projektu, pri zadaných okrajových podmienkach sa predpokladá dosiahnutie úspory spotreby tepla cca 79,00 %. (Slovak)
