Obec Vyšná Olšava, ktorá sa radí medzi obce s prítomnosťou marginalizovaných rómskych komunít, plánuje prostredníctvom predkladaného projektu dobudovať základu technickú infraštruktúru v obci a zlepšiť tak pre obyvateľov MRK dostupnosť inštitúcií ako sú obecný úrad či základná škola. Cieľ projektu: Zlepšiť podmienky bývania obyvateľom MRK prostredníctvom rekonštrukcie miestnej komunikácie a vybudovania nových chodníkov vedúcich k OcÚ Vyšná Olšava a k základnej škole.
