In the project, the applicant will focus on improving the quality of education and training of pupils to participate in the labour market. To realise its goal, the Applicant will realise 1 main activity Creation, innovation, implementation of educational programmes aimed at increasing the competences needed to adapt education to the requirements of the labour market and 3 sub-activity: Subactivity No. 1 Extra hours (Logika in practice, Seminar of Anatomy and Physiology, First Aid Effective, Out-of-School Activity – Community Modern Informatics) Subactivity No. 2 Education of pedagogical and professional staff (4 pedagogical clubs – ICT effective, Modern Informatics, Communication and Presentation Skills, Innovation in Education and Education)Sub-activity No. 3 Project management (project manager, financial manager, monitoring manager, administrator). Pupils will be better prepared for professional practice by gaining professional competence through innovative forms of extra lessons. These competences will be targeted to the needs of employers. Pedagogical staff will learn ICT skills, language and professional competences that they will take up in their lessons. V projekte sa žiadateľ zameria na zvýšenie kvality vzdelávania a prípravy žiakov na uplatnenie sa na trhu práce. Na realizáciu svojho cieľu bude žaidateľ realizovať 1 hlavnú aktivitu Tvorba, inovácia, realizácia vzdelávacích programov zameraných na zvýšenie kompetencií potrebných pre prispôsobenie vzdelávania požiadavkám trhu prácea 3 podaktivity: Podaktivita č. 1 Extra hodiny (Logika v praxi, Seminár anatómie a fyziológie, Prvá pomoc efektívne, mimoškolská činnnosť - krúžok Moderná informatika) Podaktivita č. 2 Vzdelávanie pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov (4 pedagogické kluby - IKT efektívne, Moderná informatika, Komunikačné a prezentačné zručnosti, Inovácie vo výchove a vzdelávaní)Podaktivita č. 3 Riadenie projektu (projektový manažér, finančný manažér, monitorovací manažér, administratívny pracovník). Žiaci budú kvalitnejšie pripravení pre odbornú prax tým, že na extra hodinách získajú inovatívnymi formami odborné kompetencie. Tieto kompetencie budú cielené pre potreby zamestnávateľov. Pedagogickí zamestnanci si osvoja zručnosti v IKT, jazykových a odborných kompetenciách, ktoré zapracujú do svojich hodín.
