The main objective of the project is to support the improvement of the quality of vocational education and training in connection with practical teaching. The project also includes an optional subactivity: pedagogical clubs with outputs for the target group pedagogical and professional staff of secondary vocational schools. The main objective of the optional subactivity: pedagogical clubs with outputs are the development of competences of pedagogical and professional staff as a tool for developing the competences and literacy of pupils needed to adapt education to the requirements of the labour market in accordance with the sub-activity for the mandatory target group of pupils. The project is submitted in favour of the organizational branch – Private Secondary Vocational School, ul. The individual needs of pupils, their interests and preparation for future occupations are fully supported in the present project, and the project has a direct impact on the future employability of the community by incorporating elements of the dual system of education in sub-activities of extra-curricular activity. The identified need for the target group of school pedagogical and professional staff – one of the factors of modern ESS in the dual education system is the introduction of team cooperation across the educational environment of the school. In the current educational environment of the ESI, this factor is not established, although the need to meet teachers, exchange of good practice and joint lifelong learning is repeatedly expressed by the teaching and professional staff of schools at professional educational events organised by the State Institute of Vocational Education. The introduction of pedagogical clubs with outputs will introduce a factor of modern SOŠ – team structure of the school and teamwork led by coordinators (team leaders) (EQAVET, ŠIOV 2019, http://dualnysystem.sk/dualne-vzdelavanie).The main activity 1 – extracurricular activity consists of 27 sub-activities, which are aimed at developing pupils’ competences in the field of: reading literacy, numeracy, science literacy, financial literacy, entrepreneurial knowledge, language and ICT skills. In the project, we also planned an optional subactivity for an optional target group: pedagogical and professional staff of the SOŠ with názvom:Pedagogický Club No.1 with the output of reading literacy – cross-cutting topics Pedagogical Club No.2 with output: pedagogical club of ICT literacy development – cross-cutting topicsPedagogical club No.3 with output: pedagogical club for the development of entrepreneurial knowledge of economic thinking and project creation – cross-cutting topicsPedagogical club No.4 with output: pedagogical club of financial literacy in vocational education – transversal topics.The listed pedagogical clubs with output differ in their focus on specific literacy and suitably complement the competitive profile of the pedagogical and professional staff. Hlavným cieľom projektu je podpora zvyšovania kvality vzdelávania v oblasti odborného vzdelávania a prípravy v prepojení na praktické vyučovanie. Typ aktivity: tvorba, inovácia, realizácia vzdelávacích programov zameraných na zvýšenie prírodovednej, matematickej, environmentálnej, jazkykovej, IKT gramotnosti vrátane rozvoja podnikateľských zručností a ekonomického myslenia, bude realizovaný prostredníctvom mimoškolskej činnosti, na ktorú sa neuplatňuje vzdelávací poukaz a nie je zaradená vo výchovnom programe školy. Projekt sa skladá z jednej hlavnej aktivity:1. mimoškolská činnosť z povinnej podaktivity:- riadenie a koordinácia projektuHlavnou cieľovou skupinou hlavnej aktivity sú: žiaci vrátane žiakov so ŠVVP vrátane marginalizovaných komunít ako sú napr. Rómovia, stredných škôl. Projekt obsahuje aj voliteľnú podaktivitu: pedagogické kluby s výstupmi, a to pre cieľovú skupinu pedagogickí a odborní zamestnanci stredných odborných škôl. Hlavným cieľom voliteľnej podaktivity: pedagogické kluby s výstupmi je rozvoj kompetencií pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov ako nástroj rozvíjania kompetencií a gramotností žiakov potrebných pre prispôsobenie vzdelávania požiadavkam trhu práce v súlade s podaktivitou pre povinnú cieľovú skupinu žiakov. Individuálne potreby žiakov, ich záujmy a príprava na budúce povolanie sú v predkladanom projekte plne podporené a projekt má prostredníctvom zakomponovania prvkov duálneho systému vzdelávania v podaktivitách mimoškolskej činnosti priamy vplyv na budúcu zamestnateľnosť tejto komunity. Identifikovaná potreba cieľovej skupiny pedagogickí a odborní zamestnanci školy - jedným z faktorov modernej SOŠ v systéme duálneho vzdelávania je zavedenie tímovej spolupráce naprieč vzdelávacím prostredím školy. V súčasnom edukačnom prostredí SOŠ nie je tento faktor zavedený, aj keď potreba stretávania sa učiteľov, výmeny dobrej praxe a spoločného celoživotného učenia sa opakovane odznieva z úst pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov škôl na odborných vzdelávacích podujatiach, ktoré organizuje štátny inštitút odborného vzdelávania. Zavedením pedagogických klubov s výstupmi dôjde k zavedeniu faktoru modernej SOŠ - tímová štruktúra školy a tímová spolupráca vedená koordinátormi (tímlídrami) (EQAVET, ŠIOV 2019, http://dualnysystem.sk/dualne-vzdelavanie).Hlavná aktivita 1 - mimoškolská činnosť sa skladá z 27 podaktivít, ktoré sú zacielené na rozvoj kompetencií žiakov v oblasti: čitateľskej gramotnosti,matematickej gramotnosti,prírodovednej gramotnosti,finančnej gramotnosti,podnikateľských vedomostí, jazykových a IKT zručností.V projekte sme si naplánovali aj voliteľnú podaktivitu pre voliteľnú cieľovú skupinu: pedagogickí a odborní zamestnanci SOŠ s názvom:Pedagogický klub č.1 s výstupom Čitateľskej gramotnosti - prierezové témy Pedagogický klub č.2 s výstupom: pedagogický klub rozvoja IKT gramotností - prierezové témyPedagogický klub č.3 s výstupom: pedagogický klub rozvoja podnikateľských vedomostí ekonomického myslenia a tvorby projektov - prierezové témyPedagogický klub č.4 s výstupom: pedagogický klub finančnej gramotnosti v odbornom vzdelávaní - prierezové témy.Uvedené pedagogické kluby s výstupom sa líšia svojou zameranosťou na konrétnu gramotnosť a vhodne dopĺňajú kompetenečný profil pedagogického a odborného zamestnanca. Jedným z faktorov modelu modernej SOŠ je rozšírený kompetenčný profil pedagogického zamestnanca o nevyhnutné znalosti vyplývajúce z reálnych potrieb súčasnej spoločnosti. Zavedenie pedagogických klubov do školy je významným naplnením implementácie jedného z prvkov Systému duálneho vzdelávania.Povinnou podaktivitou projektu je Riadenie a koordinácia projektu.Uvedená podaktivita bude zabezpečená pozíciami:projektový manažér,finančný manažér, manažér monitorovania administratívny pracovník.Pre realizáciu popísanej mimoškolskej činnosti je nevyhnutné aj zabezpečenie materiálnych prostriedkov (zariadenie/vybavenie), ktoré zvýšia motiváciu žiakov k rozvoju gramotností, k pochopeniu prírodných javov a princípov z rôznych oblastí spoločenského života, tieto prostriedky si budú požičiavať aj učitelia v rámci voliteľnej podaktivity Pedagogické kluby s výstupmi, s cieľom zvyšovania úrovne - rozvoja kompetenčného profilu.
