Pursuant to Act 61/2018 amending and supplementing Act No 305/2005 on social legal protection of children and social guardianship (hereinafter referred to as SPODaSK) and amending certain acts, as amended, and amending certain acts, pursuant to Section 100w with effect from 01.01.2019, were created from orphanages of the Centres for Children and Families (hereinafter referred to as CDR). The CdR continues to implement SPODaSK measures for children, but also for families at risk. In addition to the above, the CdR implements the measures in a field-based form (the aim is to regularly carry out visits to the family for the purpose of diagnostics – learning about the personality of the parent, the family and social environment of the family, gaining insight into family life and counselling), on an outpatient basis (in order to organise, inter alia, Parental Day for parents, taking into account the diversity of categories of parents on the basis of a pre-prepared programme of working with families under CDR conditions) and voluntary stays for children on the basis of an agreement with parents, in accordance with the applicable legislation. The place of implementation of the project will be the building owned by the Slovak Republic under the administration of the CDR in the municipality of Košice – Košická Nová Ves, Kat. Territory Košická Nová Ves, plot No 815/2, LV 842.The measurable indicators of the project will be the capacity of the supported facilities for the implementation of SPODaSK measures in the number of 59 places in the implementation of the SPODaSK measures and the number of supported facilities for the implementation of the SPODaSK measures in the number of 1.     V zmysle zákona 61/2018 Z. z., ktorým sa mení a dopĺňa zákon č. 305/2005 Z. z. o sociálnoprávnej ochrane detí a o sociálnej kuratele (ďalej len SPODaSK) a o zmene a doplnení niektorých zákonov v znení neskorších predpisov, a ktorým sa menia a dopĺňajú niektoré zákony, podľa §100w s účinnosťou od 01.01.2019 vznikli z detských domovov Centrá pre deti a rodiny (ďalej len CDR). CDR naďalej vykonávajú opatrenia SPODaSK deťom, ale aj pre rodiny v ohrození. CDR v nadväznosti na vyššie uvedené vykonáva opatrenia terénnou formou (cieľom je pravidelne vykonávať návštevy v rodine za účelom diagnostiky - spoznanie osobnosti rodiča, rodinného a sociálneho prostredia rodiny, získanie náhľadu do rodinného života a poradenstva),  ambulantnou formou (s cieľom uskutočňovať okrem iného Rodičovský deň pre rodičov s prihliadnutím na rôznorodosť kategórií rodičov na základe vopred pripraveného Programu práce s rodinami v podmienkach CDR) a dobrovoľné pobyty pre deti na základe dohody s rodičmi v súlade s platnou legislatívou.Cieľom projektu je podporiť výkon opatrení ambulantnou a terénnou formou zakúpením interiérového vybavenia a osobného motorového vozidla v rámci oprávnenej aktivity e) investovanie do materiálno-technického vybavenia zariadení vrátane motorových vozidiel pri zriaďovaní zázemia pre terénne služby a výkonu opatrení SPODaSK v prirodzenom rodinnom, náhradnom rodinnom prostredí a otvorenom prostredí.V rámci projektu bude realizovaná hlavná aktivita Nákup interiérového vybavenia, Nákup osobného automobilu  a podporné aktivity Riadenie projektu, Informovanie a komunikácia. Miestom realizácie projektu bude budova vo vlastníctve SR v správe CDR v obci Košice - Košická Nová Ves, kat. územie Košická Nová Ves, parcela č. 815/2, LV 842.Merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu budú kapacita podporených zariadení výkonu opatrení SPODaSK v počte 59 miest vo výkone opatrení SPODaSK a počet podporených zariadení výkonu opatrení SPODaSK v počte 1.
