Sro, under line 19035/T and operates in the field of cultural industries (NACE code 6020 – Music, audio vision and multimedia). RTV Krea is a regional television, based in Galanta, which broadcasts on the basis of licence No T/191/2006 granted by the Council for Broadcasting and Retransmission in June 2007, with its operations in Galanta, Sereď, Šaľa and Sládkovičovo. There are dozens of regional and local TV stations in Slovakia. Main activity related to the present project: television broadcasting within the framework of which the company focuses on the production of the following types of relácií:vlastné news, accompanied by discussion programmes for children and youth commercial presentationsThe main product after the implementation of the project will strive to create in the near future, among other things, its own documents focused on culture, cultural – historical part of the region of Slovakia or Europe. We want to focus among others on the issue of national minorities. We are interested in creating the following sessions: The crucifixion of Galanta-Shalansk region. The goal of the business plan will be achieved through the production of the session, which will consist of 12 parts. The proposed project will be carried out on the premises of the regional television, which is leased by the company on the basis of the non-residential lease agreement. In accordance with the contract in question, the implementation of the project will take place at: Wooden street No. 888, 924 01 Galanta. The strategic objective of the project is to grow the “Competitiveness of the Company”. The specific objectives of the sú:rozšírenie product portfolio with creative elementssupport the cultural industriesproduction of new shows with original and engaging repertoireuse of modern technologies in the production process to maintain a stable position on the market in the field of regional broadcastingactively support and mobilise cultural life in the regionincreasing the competitiveness of the company byincreasing awareness and viewing of regional television RTV KREAThe main activities of the project areProcurement of tangible and intangible assets necessary for production and innovationSupport of marketing activitiesRent of premises and technologies for the purposes of production (small serial), innovation and distributionSupport for creative creation of new assets and the production of new assets. The implementation of the main activities of the project will lead to non-technological innovations, namely: organisational and marketing innovation. Spoločnosť KREATIV GA, spol. s r. o vznikla dňa 26. 9. 2006 zápisom do obchodného registra Okresného súdu Trnava v odd. Sro, pod vložkou 19035/T a pôsobí v oblasti kultúrneho priemyslu (kód NACE 6020 – Hudba, audiovízia a multimédiá). RTV KREA je regionálna televízia so sídlom v Galante, ktorá vysiela na základe licencie č. T/191/2006 udelenej Radou pre vysielanie a retransmisiu v júni 2007 s pôsobnosťou v Galante zameraná na jednotlivé regióny Galanta, Sereď, Šaľa a Sládkovičovo. Na Slovensku existujú desiatky regionálnych a lokálnych TV staníc. Hlavný predmet činnosti súvisiaci s predkladaným projektom: televízne vysielanie v rámci , ktorej sa spoločnosť zameriava na výrobu nasledovných typov relácií:vlastné spravodajstvo doplnené diskusnými reláciami programy pre deti a mládež komerčné prezentácieHlavným produktom po realizácii predmetného projektu bude snaha vytvoriť v dohľadnej dobe okrem iného aj vlastné dokumenty zamerané na kultúru, kultúrno – historickú časť regiónu Slovenska príp. Európy. Chceme sa zamerať medzi ostatnými aj na problematiku národnostných menšín. Máme záujem vytvoriť nižšie uvedené relácie: Krížom krážom Galantsko - Šalianskym regiónom. Cieľ podnikateľského plánu dosiahneme formou výroby relácie, ktorá bude pozostávať z 12 častí. Predkladaný projekt sa bude realizovať v prevádzkových priestoroch regionálnej televízie, ktoré má spoločnosť v prenájme na základe Zmluvy o nájme nebytových priestorov. V zmysle predmetnej zmluvy sa realizácia projektu uskutoční na adrese: Drevená ul. č. 888, 924 01 Galanta. Strategickým cieľom projektu je rast "konkurencieschopnosti spoločnosti". Špecifickými cieľmi projektu sú:rozšírenie produktového portfólia s kreatívnymi prvkamipodpora kultúrneho priemysluprodukcia nových relácií s originálnym a pútavým repertoáromvyužívanie moderných technológií pri produkčnom proceseudržanie si stabilného postavenia na trhu v oblasti regionálneho vysielaniaaktívne podporiť a zmobilizovať kultúrny život v regiónezvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti spoločnostizvýšenia informovanosti a sledovanosti regionálnej televízie RTV KREAHlavnými aktivitami projektu súObstaranie hmotného a nehmotného majetku nevyhnutného pre výrobu a inováciePodpora marketingových aktivítPrenájmy priestorov a technológií pre účely výroby (malosériovej), inovácií a distribúciePodpora kreatívnej tvorby Hlavné aktivity budú realizované prostredníctvom nákupu nového dlhodobého hmotného majetku a realizáciou rôznych marketingových aktivít, prenájmov priestorov určených pre malosériovú výrobu a služieb spojených pri výrobe jednotlivých relácií. Realizáciou hlavných aktivít projektu dôjde k netechnologickej inovácií a to konkrétne: organizačnej a marketingovej inovácií.
