The aim of the national project is primarily to electronise all phases and procedures of public procurement, to remedy the shortcomings of the current state and to establish a framework for its development.The development framework is based on OECD recommendations, the National Concept of Informatisation of Public Administration and also the strategic priority of NKIVS data management. The project implementation is designed to make the business environment more competitive, rationalise the operation of IS using the government cloud, reduce administrative burden, increase the availability of services, improve the use of data and knowledge in decision-making processes, streamline the provided public procurement services and increase the preventive activity of the PPO. The goal will be realised through analysis and design activities, purchase of hardware and box software, implementation, testing, deployment. Cieľom národného projektu je primárne elektronizovať všetky fázy a postupy verejného obstarávania, odstrániť nedostatky súčasného stavu a stanoviť rámec pre jeho rozvoj.Rámec pre rozvoj vychádza z odporúčaní OECD, Národnej koncepcie informatizácie verejnej správy a tiež strategickej priority NKIVS manažment údajov.Realizácia projektu má umožniť najmä zvýšenie konkurencieschopnosti podnikateľského prostredia, racionalizáciu prevádzky IS pomocou vládneho cloudu, zníženie administratívnej záťaže, zvýšenie dostupnosti služieb, zlepšenie využívania údajov a znalostí v rozhodovacích procesoch, zefektívniť poskytované služby verejného obstarávania a zvýšiť preventívnu činnosť ÚVO. Cieľ bude realizovaný aktivitami analýza a dizajn, nákup hardvéru a krabicového softvéru, implementácia, testovanie, nasadenie. Merateľný ukazovateľ je P0224 Počet nových optimalizovaných úsekov verejnej správy s dosiahnutým ukazovateľom „1“.Súvisiaci programový ukazovateľ je O0118 Počet nových optimalizovaných úsekov verejnej správy s dosiahnutým ukazovateľom „1“.Cieľovou skupinou sú všetci účastníci procesu verejného obstarávania v zmysle zákona o verejnom obstarávaní, t. j. verejní obstarávatelia a obstarávatelia, podnikatelia, pracovníci úradu pre verejné obstarávanie, orgány auditu a kontroly a Európska komisia.
