According to the division of SK NACE, the business activity is almost exclusively activity 7110 – Architectural activities. He has been active in this sector since 2000 as an entrepreneur under a trade licence and since 2008 under the liberal profession. The main objective of the project is “Comprehensive renovation of the architect’s equipment for the purpose of creating jobs and developing creative talent through non-technological innovations” Specific objectives sú:Obnova technological and non-technological equipmentIntroduction of 3D modelling services of building designs and production of 3D model modelsChange organizational structure in order to create two jobs for creative employees in order to develop their talent and support business activities. The implementation of the project introduces innovative aspects of the architect’s services, with an emphasis on the use of elements of 3D modelling and building information models (BIM). The standard activity of the architect will also be followed by the introduction of 3D printing of buildings, which will increase the creativity of work and enable new marketing activities in the company. At the same time § we expect an increase in sales at the applicant and a strengthening of competitiveness. The project will be implemented through four main activities -1) The acquisition of tangible and intangible assets necessary for production and innovation2) Leases of premises and technologies – and one supporting activity. The place of implementation of the project will be in Žilina, at the address of the seat of the company and in the rented premises, which will be chosen before the implementation of the project.The expected timetable for the implementation of the main activities of the project is from 1/2018 to 6/2018. Žiadateľom je fyzická osoba nezapísaná v obchodnom registri, podnikajúca ako osoba so slobodným povolaním - Ing. Vladimír Rybárik. Predmetom podnikateľskej činnosti je podľa rozdelenia SK NACE takmer výhradne činnosť 7110 – Architektonické činnosti. V tomto odvetví pôsobí od roku 2000 ako podnikajúca osoba na základe živnostenského oprávnenia a od roku 2008 pod slobodným povolaním. Hlavným cieľom projektu je „Komplexná obnova vybavenia architekta za účelom vytvorenia pracovných miest a rozvoja kreatívneho talentu prostredníctvom netechnologických inovácií“ Špecifické ciele sú:Obnova technologického a netechnologického vybaveniaZavedenie služieb 3D modelovania návrhov stavieb a výroby 3D vzorových modelovZmena organizačnej štruktúry za účelom vytvorenia dvoch pracovných miest pre kreatívnych zamestnancov za účelom rozvoja ich talentu a podpory podnikateľskej činnosti. Realizáciou projektu ma byť zavedené inovatívne aspekty služieb architekta, s dôrazom na využívanie prvkov 3D modelovania a vytvárania informačných modelov budov (BIM). Na štandardnú činnosť architekta bude nadväzovať aj zavedenie 3D tlače budov, vďaka čomu sa zvýši kreativita práce a umožnia nové marketingové aktivity v spoločnosti. Zároveň§ očakávame nárast tržieb u žiadateľa a posilnenie konkurencieschopnosti. Projekt bude realizovaný prostredníctvom štyroch hlavných aktivít -1) Obstaranie hmotného a nehmotného majetku nevyhnutných pre výrobu a inovácie2) Prenájmy priestorov a technológií - a jednej podpornej aktivity. Miesto realizácie projektu bude v Žiline, na adrese sídla spoločnosti a v prenajtých priestoroch, ktoré budú zvolené pred realizáciou projektu.Predpokladaný harmonogram realizácie hlavných aktivít projektu je od 1/2018 do 6/2018. Počas tohto obdobia sa zaväzujeme vytvoriť a obsadiť minimálne 2 pracovné miesta, z toho 1 neaktívnou, resp. nezamestnanou osobou. (Slovak)
