The proposed project “Increasing the number of employees in RIMI-Security Bardejov, s.r.o.” aims to promote the creation of new jobs in RIMI-Security, through the employment of jobseekers.The main activity is thus to support the application of UoZ and Zuoz to the labour market. In line with the intervention logic of the programme structure, the project aims to increase employment, employability and reduce unemployment, with a particular focus on the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled, the elderly and the disabled. The project is planned for 36 months, with the applicant planning to employ newly recruited employees in 3 stages after 12 months. Predkladaný projekt „Zvýšenie počtu zamestnancov v spoločnosti RIMI-Security Bardejov, s.r.o.“ sa zameriava na podporu vytvárania nových pracovných miest v spoločnosti RIMI-Security, prostredníctvom zamestnávania uchádzačov o zamestnanie.Hlavnou aktivitou je teda Podpora uplatnenia UoZ a ZUoZ na trhu práce. Cieľom projektu je v súlade s intervenčnou logikou programovej štruktúry zvýšiť zamestnanosť, zamestnateľnosť a znížiť nezamestnanosť s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby.Projekt je plánovaný na 36 mesiacov, pričom žiadateľ plánuje zamestnať novoprijatých zamestnancov v 3 etapách po 12 mesiacov. Spolu teda príjme 12 zamestnancov počas doby realizácie projektu. (Slovak)
