The main aim of the project called “ACA SK, s.r.o. to increase employment” is to support the application of jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers on the labour market in the district of Čadca. The duration of the project is planned for 23 months.  The aim of the project is to reduce unemployment, increase employment as well as employability of jobseekers with an emphasis on disadvantaged jobseekers. At the same time, the aim is to provide active support and assistance to UoZ and Zuoz staff in carrying out work activities and adapting them to the post. The place of implementation of the project is the city of Čadca. The target group is jobseekers in accordance with specific objective 3.1.1 of the HR OP and Sections 6 and 8 of Act No 5/2004 on employment services. Jobs will be created in the field of service provision. The main activity of the call “Supporting jobs” is composed of two successive parts. Finding and selecting jobseekers is one part of the main activity. Successful completion is followed by the second part, namely the actual employment of jobseekers and disadvantaged jobseekers using mentoring and tutoring activities. The output of the project activity will be 9 jobs, which will be filled by successful 5 jobseekers for a minimum period of 12 months and 4 disadvantaged candidates (2x50+, 2x graduate) for a minimum period of 18 months.     Hlavným zámerom projektu s názvom „ACA SK, s.r.o. zvýšenie zamestnanosti" je podpora uplatnenia uchádzačov o zamestnanie a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie na trhu práce v okrese Čadca. Dĺžka realizácie projektu je naplánovaná na 23 mesiacov.  Cieľom projektu je zníženie nezamestnanosti, zvýšenie zamestnanosti ako aj zamestnateľnosti  uchádzačov o zamestnanie s dôrazom na znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie. Zároveň ide o zabezpečenie aktívnej podpory a pomoci pre zamestnancov z radov UoZ a ZUoZ pri vykonávaní pracovných činností a pri ich adaptácií na pracovnom mieste. Miestom realizácie projektu je mesto Čadca. Cieľovou skupinou sú uchádzači o zamestnanie  v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 3.1.1 OP ĽZ a § 6 a §8 zákona č. 5/2004 Z. z. o službách zamestnanosti. Pracovné miesta budú vytvorené v oblasti poskytovania služieb. Hlavná aktivita výzvy Podpora pracovných miest je zložená z dvoch na seba nadväzujúcich častí. Vyhľadávanie a výber uchádzačov o zamestnanie je jednou časťou hlavnej aktivity. Po jej úspešnom absolvovaní nasleduje druhá časť a to samotné zamestnávanie uchádzačov o zamestnanie a znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie s využitím mentorskej a tútorskej činnosti. Výstupom realizácie aktivity projektu bude 9 pracovných miest, ktoré budú obsadené úspešnými 5 uchádzačmi o zamestnanie na dobu min. 12 mesiacov a 4 znevýhodnenými uchádzačmi (2x50+, 2x absolvent) o zamestnanie na dobu min. 18 mesiacov.
