The aim of the project is the partial deinstitutionalisation of the Prievidza Children’s Home aimed at creating the conditions for the provision of a replacement environment at community level resulting from the Conception of ensuring enforcement of judicial decisions in institutions of social legal protection of children and social guardianship of children for the years 2016-2020, the plan for the transformation and deinstitutionalisation of replacement care approved by the Minister of the PSVR SR. The implementation of the project will result in the relocation of 1 separate group in the number of 9 clients – children to a newly built self-standing family house with administration (RD with A). A community-based alternative environment will be provided, conditions for integration into society and an individual approach to children will be created. Childcare in FD with A will be closer to running in the ordinary family, the level of preparation for the gradual self-reliance of children will be increased. The new premises will create better conditions for working with children placed in the children’s home on the basis of a court decision, with prof. families and for working with biological and replacement family.The project will be carried out hl. activities Purchase of land, Construction of the RD with A including construction supervision, support activities Internal management, Publicity and awareness and Public Procurement (VO). The proposed A-detached A will be detached, with its own inventory number, separate entrance and fencing in the built-up area of the village, which is a condition for the successful integration of children into local communities.The measurable indicators of the project will be the capacity of the supported facilities for the implementation of measures of social legal protection of children and social guardianship in the number of 9 residential places in the newly built RD with A, the number of supported facilities for the implementation of measures of social legal protection of children and social guardianship in the number of 1, the number of new public buildings in the number of 1 and the floor area of new public buildings in a total area of 242,1837 m². Cieľom projektu je čiastočná deinštitucionalizácia Detského domova Prievidza zameraná na vytvorenie podmienok pre zabezpečovanie náhradného prostredia na komunitnej úrovni vyplývajúca z Koncepcie zabezpečovania výkonu súdnych rozhodnutí v zariadeniach sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately detí na roky 2016 – 2020, Plánu transformácie a deinštitucionalizácie náhradnej starostlivosti schválenej ministrom PSVR SR.Realizáciou projektu dôjde k presťahovaniu 1 samostatnej skupiny v počte 9 klientov - detí do novovybudovaného samostatne stojaceho rodinného domu s administratívou (RD s A). Zabezpečí sa náhradné prostredie na komunitnej úrovni, vytvoria sa podmienky na integráciu do spoločnosti a individuálny prístup k deťom . Starostlivosť o deti v RD s A sa bude približovať chodu v bežnej rodine, zvýši sa úroveň prípravy na postupné osamostatnenie sa detí. Nové priestory vytvoria lepšie podmienky pre prácu s deťmi umiestnenými do deského domova na základe súdneho rozhodnutia, s prof. rodinami a pre prácu s biologickou a náhradnou rodinou.V rámci projektu budú realizované hl. aktivity Nákup pozemku,Výstavba RD s A vrátane stavebného dozoru, podporné aktivity Interný manažment, Publicita a informovanosť a Verejné obstarávanie (VO).Navrhovaný RD s A bude samostatne stojaci, s vlastným súpisným číslom, samostatným vchodom a oplotením v zastavanom území obce, čo je podmienkou úspešnej integrácie detí do miestnych komunít.Merateľnými ukazovateľmi projektu budú kapacita podporených zariadení výkonu opatrení sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately v počte 9 pobytových miest v novopostavenom RD s A, počet podporených zariadení výkonu opatrení sociálnoprávnej ochrany detí a sociálnej kurately v počte 1, počet nových verejných budov v počte 1 a podlahová plocha nových verejných budov v celkovej výmere 242,1837 m2.
