The project will result in the creation of job positions for jobseekers registered with the Labour Office, thus contributing to reducing unemployment in the district ofZvolen and helping jobseekers to enter the labour market and gain new experience.The main objective of the project is to reduce unemployment in the region, secondary objectives are to integrate jobseekers into work and thus gain new experience, thus improving the application of job seekers to the labour market. A total of 15 jobs will be created for the project, of which 8 for disadvantaged jobseekers. Jobs for disadvantaged jobseekers will be created for a period of 18 months, i.e. for the maximum duration possible, given the conditions of the call, where a full-time employment relationship of indefinite duration is foreseen.Posts will be filled in posts: Cleaning staff, assistant technical staff and administrative staff. Výsledkom projektu bude vytvorenie pracovných pozícií pre uchádzačov o zamestnanie evidovaných na úrade práce a tým projekt prispeje k zníženiu nezamestnanosti v okreseZvolen a pomôže uchádzačom o zamestnanie uplatniť sa na trhu práce a získať nové skúsenosti.Hlavným cieľom projektu je zníženie nezamestnanosti v regióne, vedľajšie ciele sú začlenenie sa uchádzačov o zamestnanie do práce a tým aj získavanie nových skúseností čím sa zlepší uplatnenie uchádzačov na trhu práce. Celkovo bude vytvorených za účelom projektu 15 pracovných pozícií z toho 8 pre znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie. Pracovné miesta pre znevýhodnených uchádzačov o zamestnanie budú vytvorené na dobu 18 mesiacov, čiže na maximálnu možnú dobu vzhľadom na podmienky výzvy, kde je predpoklad pre uzatvorenie pracovného pomeru na plný úväzok na dobu neurčitú.Pracovné miesta budú obsadzované na pozíciách: Upratovačka, pomocný technický pracovník a administratívny pracovník. Miesto výkonu práce pre dané pracovné pozície bude zvolené na základe aktuálnych potrieb žiadateľa ale prevažne to budú kancelárske priestory v meste Zvolen. (Slovak)
