The main aim of the project is the modernisation of the technical room suitable for the course of technical teaching and renewal and modernisation of ICT classroom and the addition of missing and outdated computer technology in the Elementary School and the MS József Kossányi with the VUM. The school is a catchment school not only for children from St. Peter, but also for children from the neighboring village Dulovce. The municipality of Svätý Peter belongs to the district Komárno on the basis of the territorial-administrative division. The primary aim of the school is an efficient, high-quality learning process based on knowledge and innovation. According to the framework curricula, in grades 3-4. she teaches work classes and from 5th to 9th grades the subject technician is taught. A modern polytechnic classroom is essential for teaching and mastering the teaching of these subjects, where pupils can learn the basics of using technical and craft tools. The basic objective is to increase pupils‘interest in innovation and technology subjects, which should increase pupils’ interest in technical secondary schools in the future. ICT classroom is used not only for teaching informatics, but also for other subjects. By renewing classrooms and modern equipment with quality and innovative didactic tools, the school will correspond to Priority Axis 2 – Easier access to efficient and better quality public services and will meet Specific Objective 2.2.2 – Improving key competences of primary school pupils. Hlavným zámerom projektu je modernizácia technickej miestnosti vhodnej pre priebeh technického vyučovania a obnova a modernizácia IKT učebne a doplnenie chýbajúcej a zastaranej výpočtovej techniky v ZŠ a MŠ Józsefa Kossányiho s VJM. Škola je spádová škola nie len pre deti zo Svätého Petra, ale aj pre deti zo susednej obce Dulovce. Obec Svätý Peter patrí na základe územno-správneho členenia do okresu Komárno. Hlavným zámerom školy je efektívny a vysokokvalitný vzdelávací proces založený na znalostiach a inováciách. Podľa rámcových učebných plánov sa v ročníkoch 3-4. vyučuje pracovné vyučovanie a od 5. do 9. ročníka sa vyučuje predmet technika. Pre vyučovanie a pre zvládnutie učiva týchto predmetov je nevyhnutná moderná polytechnická učebňa, kde si žiaci môžu osvojiť základy používania technických a remeselných pomôcok. Základným cieľom je zvýšiť záujem žiakov o predmety zaoberajúce sa inováciou a technikou, čo by do budúcnosti malo zvýšiť záujem žiakov o technické stredné školy. Učebňa IKT sa využíva nie len na vyučovanie informatiky, ale aj iných predmetoch.Obnovou učební a moderným vybavením s kvalitnými a inovatívnymi didaktickými pomôckami bude škola zodpovedať Prioritnej osi 2 - Ľahší prístup k efektívnym a kvalitnejším verejným službám a bude spĺňať Špecifický cieľ 2.2.2 - Zlepšenie kľúčových kompetencií žiakov základných škôl.
