In line with the intervention logic of the OP’s programme structure, the project aims to increase employment, employability and reduce unemployment, with particular emphasis on long-term unemployed, low-skilled, graduates, elderly and disabled people. The project is planned for 14 months, with the applicant planning to employ newly recruited employees simultaneously during 14 months of project implementation. A total of 2 employees will therefore be recruited during the project implementation period. In addition, 1 month is used to select UoZ and 1 month will be postponed the start of work for 1 UoZ. Predkladaný projekt „Podpora zamestnanosti v 3pple s.r.o.“ sa zameriava na podporu vytvárania nových pracovných miest v spoločnosti 3pple s.r.o., prostredníctvom vytvorenia pracovných miest a zamestnania uchádzačov o zamestnanie.Hlavnou aktivitou projektu je podpora uplatnenia UoZ na trhu práce a poskytnutie pracovných zručností týmto cieľovým skupinám. Cieľom projektu je v súlade s intervenčnou logikou programovej štruktúry OP zvýšiť zamestnanosť, zamestnateľnosť a znížiť nezamestnanosť s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, absolventov, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby.Projekt je plánovaný na 14 mesiacov, pričom žiadateľ plánuje zamestnať novoprijatých zamestnancov simultánne, počas 14 mesiacov realizácie projektu. Spolu teda príjme 2 zamestnancov počas doby realizácie projektu. 1 mesiac navyše slúži na výber UoZ a 1 mesiac bude posunutý začiatok práce pre 1 UoZ. (Slovak)
