Cieľom predkladaného projektu je Podpora pracovných miest pre firmu FEHAMONT s.r.o., ktorá je zameraná na výstavbu obytných a neobytných budov. Cieľom projektu je zvýšenie zamestnanosti a zníženie nezamestnanosti s osobitným dôrazom na dlhodobo nezamestnaných, nízko kvalifikovaných, starších a zdravotne postihnuté osoby. Projekt je v súlade s investičnou prioritou : 3.1 Prístup uchádzačov o zamestnanie a neaktívnych osôb k zamestnaniu vrátane dlhodobo nezamestnaných a osôb, ktoré sú vzdialené od trhu práce, ako aj miestne iniciatívy v oblasti zamestnávania a podpory mobility pracovnej sily ako aj so špecifickým cieľom 3.1.1. v rámci prioritnej osi 3. Zamestnanosť. Projekt je zameraný na zvýšenie zamestnanosti v spádovej oblasti. Miestom realizácie projektu je mesto Bardejov a okolie. Cieľovou skupinou sú uchádzači o zamestnanie a znevýhodnení uchádzači o zamestnanie.
