With this application, the applicant submits a comprehensive project for data management, i.e. a project suitable for the implementation of the reform in the use of data by an organisation that is made up of a heterogeneous information environment and there is a need for internal integration and consolidation of data. For this project he prepared a feasibility study “Centralisation of Data Management in the National Forestry Centre”, on which it issued a favourable opinion on 18 March 2019. Currently, the National Forestry Centre (NLC) maintains 28 registers and registers which are kept in three information systems (IS): IS Hunting, IS Forestry and Forestportal. It also provides NLC with data in the form of information published on the website. Many registers are not linked and there is no single identification of entities across the NLC. The main objective of the project is to improve data quality, interconnection, up-to-date and up-to-date for the needs of other institutions and the public, by consolidating data and by adjusting processes and systems to achieve data quality in the long term. With this project, NLC plans to achieve the following ciele:konsolidovať data base, consolidate the number of IS in which records are kept, ensure the long-term quality of the data by hedging, interconnecting and referencing, connect external reference sources to keep the data up to date, make their own data available through an integration interface to other public authorities (hereinafter referred to as “OVM”), provide data to the public in the form of datasets, provide data and information to the public via a web interface through intuitive navigation through a single access point and uniform design, automate the data collection process using a structured form, transmitted via multiple channels (web, electronic mailbox). The place of implementation of the project is Zvolen, Banskobystrický kraj.  Measurable indicators to be achieved through implementation projektu:P0050 Additional number of government institutions linked to the central open data platform (indicator target = 1)P0217 Number of new datasets published in a format with high potential for reuse (indicator target = 100 %)P0224 Number of new optimised government sections (indicator target = 2) (English)

V súčasnosti vedie Národné lesnícke centrum (ďalej len „NLC“) 28 registrov a evidencií, ktoré sú vedené v troch informačných systémoch (ďalej len „IS“): IS Poľovníctva, IS Lesného hospodárstva a Forestportal. Predkladaným projektom plánuje NLC dosiahnuť nasledujúce ciele:konsolidovať údajovú základňu,skonsolidovať počet IS, v ktorých sú vedené evidencie, zabezpečiť dlhodobú kvalitu údajov istením, vzájomným prepojením a referencovaním,pripojiť externé referenčné zdroje pre zabezpečenie aktuálnosti údajov, sprístupniť vlastné údaje prostredníctvom integračného rozhrania iným orgánom verejnej moci (ďalej len „OVM“),poskytnúť údaje pre verejnosť vo forme datasetov, poskytovať údaje a informácie pre verejnosť prostredníctvom webového rozhrania intuitívnou navigáciou prostredníctvom jedného prístupového miesta a jednotným dizajnom, zautomatizovať proces zberu údajov využitím štruktúrovanej formy, zasielanej prostredníctvom viacerých kanálov (web, elektronická schránka). Miesto realizácie projektu je Zvolen, Banskobystrický kraj.  Merateľné ukazovatele, ktoré sa dosiahnu realizáciou projektu:P0050 Dodatočný počet inštitúcií verejnej správy prepojených s centrálnou platformou pre otvorené dáta (cieľová hodnota ukazovateľa = 1)P0217 Počet nových datasetov publikovaných vo formáte s vysokým potenciálom na znovupoužitie (cieľová hodnota ukazovateľa = 100%)P0224 Počet nových optimalizovaných úsekov verejnej správy (cieľová hodnota ukazovateľa = 2) (Slovak)
