The aim of the project is to increase the inclusiveness and quality education of the applicant’s Elementary School. The project will be implemented by two activities. The first is to strengthen extra lessons in primary education (level I) as well as in lower secondary education (level II). At the first level, it is an extra lesson for subjects: first, natural science and homeland. A total of six extra hours. With these extra hours, the applicant focuses on enhancing science literacy. At the second stage, it is an extra class for teaching subjects: biology, history and civic education. A total of 9 hours. Extra lessons of civic education are aimed at improving reading literacy. The subject of teaching is a suitable tool to complement one of the pupils’ key literacy skills, which is well developed in the fifth year. Reading literacy plays a key moment for further, quality education. These extra lessons will create a way to effectively develop readings with comprehension among each pupil and at the same time that all pupils are well placed to be more successful in T5 and T9 testing. The second activity is a pedagogical club without a written output. Its focus will be didactic activities, analyses, analysis of applied activities in teaching (extended extra lessons) and assessment of pupils. There will also be an exchange of experience between the target group of educators. It will be attended by 10 teachers who set out a work plan for both school years of project implementation. A separate activity of the project is “Project management/coordination” within which a project manager and a financial manager will be created by implementing the project. The main group of the project are pupils and educators of the elementary school.The local implementation of the project is the Elementary School in Veľký Úľany. For the most effective achievement of the project objectives, the implementation is proposed for two school years (2019/2020, 2020/2021), a total of 24 months, as increasing inclusiveness must be understood as a process.     Cieľom projektu je zvyšovanie inkluzívnosti a kvalitného vzdelávania na ZŠ žiadateľa. Projekt sa zrealizuje dvoma aktivitami. Prvou je posilnenie vyučovania extra hodinami na primárnom vzdelávaní (I. stupeň) ako aj na nižšom strednom vzdelávaní (II. stupeň). Na prvom stupni sa jedná o extra hodiny pre vyučovacie predmety: prvouka, prírodoveda a vlastiveda. Spolu v rozsahu šesť extra hodín. Uvedenými extra hodinami sa žiadateľ sústreďuje na zvyšovanie prírodovednej gramotnosti. Na druhom stupni sa jedná o extra hodiny pre vyučovanie predmety: biológia, dejepis a občianska náuka. Spolu v rozsahu 9 hodín. Extra hodinami občianskej náuky sú zacielené na zlepšovanie čitateľskej gramotnosti. Vyučovací predmet je vhodným nástrojom ako doplnkovo cibriť jednu z kľúčových gramotností žiakov, ktorá sa práve v piatom ročníku dobre rozvíja. Čitateľská gramotnosť zohráva kľúčový moment pre ďalšie, kvalitné vzdelávanie. Tieto extra hodiny vytvoria spôsob ako efektívne rozvíjať čítanie s porozumením u každého žiaka a zároveň, že všetci žiaci majú predpoklady na to, aby v rámci Testovania T5 a T9 boli úspešnejší. Druhou aktivitou je pedagogický klub bez písomného výstupu. Jeho zameraním budú didaktické aktivity, rozbory, analýzy aplikovaných aktivít vo vyučovaní (rozšírenými extra hodinami) a hodnotenia žiakov. Bude sa jednať zároveň o výmenu skúseností medzi cieľovou skupinou pedagógov. Zúčastní sa ho 10 učiteľov, ktorí si stanovili plán pracovných činností na obidva školské roky realizácie projektu. Samostatnou aktivitou projektu je „Riadenie/koordinácia projektu“ v rámci ktorej sa realizovaním projektu vytvorí pracovná pozícia projektový manažér a finančný manažér.Cieľovou skupinou projektu sú žiaci a pedagógovia ZŠ.Miestom realizácia projektu je ZŠ vo Veľkých Úľanoch.Pre čo najefektívnejšie dosiahnutie cieľov projektu je realizácia navrhovaná na dva školské roky (2019/2020, 2020/2021), spolu 24 mesiacov, nakoľko zvyšovanie inkluzívnosti treba chápať ako proces.
