Brief description: Brezno is a district town, administrative, economic and cultural center of the Horehronie region. It is the starting point for tourism centres in the Low Tatras, Poľana and Slovak Rudohorie. Brezno currently has more than 20 000 inhabitants, of which about 2000 are members of the marginalised Roma community. The main objective of the project is the socio-economic integration of marginalised communities such as the Roma, increasing their financial literacy, employability and employment. The aim of the project is to ensure the provision of social and assistance services through the activities of the local civil order service in cooperation with the Police Force of the Slovak Republic and the Municipal Police of Brezno, thereby also increasing the employability of people living in the environment of MRC.The project presented will be a continuation or extension of the provided ILOS service in the city’s territory. On the basis of good experience with the provision of that service, the applicant decided to increase the number of members of the ILOS. Measurable indicators, timetable: The local civil order service (MOPS) in Brezno will have 10 members, of which 4 members will be members of the MRC. Project implementation is planned for 24 months, provisional from 01/2019 to 12/2020. Members of the law service will be employed for a fixed term, full-time, organizationally incorporated under the Municipal Police of the City of Brezna. Project activities: Members of the ILO will cooperate in ensuring the protection of public order, preventing conflicts, preventing illegal behaviour, protecting private and public property, preventing damage to the property of residents, protecting the environment, reporting fires, preventing illegal behaviour in waste management, ensuring fluidity and road safety, in particular in connection with movement after communication and crossing the road, assisting in solving problems of everyday life, communicating with various institutions, whose authorities, etc. Target group:- residents and members of marginalised Roma communities- employees of self-government working with MRK Place of implementation projektu:mesto Brezno (English) | |||||||||||||||

Stručný popis projektu:Mesto Brezno je okresným mestom, administratívnym, ekonomickým a kultúrnym centrom regiónu Horehronie, je východiskom do stredísk cestovného ruchu v Nízkych Tatrách, Poľane a Slovenskom rudohorí. Brezno má v súčasnosti viac ako 20 tisíc obyvateľov, z ktorých približne 2000 sú príslušníci marginalizovanej rómskej komunity. Hlavným cieľom projektu je sociálno - ekonomická integrácia marginalizovaných komunít, ako sú Rómovia, zvýšenie ich finančnej gramotnosti, zamestnateľnosti a zamestnanosti. Cieľom projektu je zabezpečiť poskytovanie sociálnych a asistenčných služieb prostredníctvom činností miestnej občianskej poriadkovej služby v súčinnosti s Policajným zborom SR a Mestskou políciou Brezno, čím sa zároveň zvýši zamestnateľnosť ľudí žijúcich v prostredí MRK.Predkladaný projekt bude pokračovaním, resp. rozšírením poskytovanej služby MOPS na území mesta. Žiadateľ sa na základe dobrých skúseností s poskytovaním uvedenej služby rozhodol zvýšiť počet členov MOPS. Merateľné ukazovatele, časový harmonogram: Miestna občianska poriadková služba (MOPS) v Brezne bude mať 10 členov, z toho 4 členovia budú príslušníkmi MRK. Realizácia projektu je naplánovaná na 24 mesiacov, predbežne od 01/2019 do 12/ 2020. Členovia poriadkovej služby budú zamestnaní na dobu určitú, na plný úväzok, organizačne začlenení pod Mestskú políciu mesta Brezna. Aktivity projektu: Členovia MOPS budú spolupracovať pri zabezpečovaní ochrany verejného poriadku, pri predchádzaní vzniku konfliktov, prevencii protiprávneho správania sa, ochrany súkromného a verejného majetku, predchádzaní poškodzovania majetku obyvateľov, ochrane životného prostredia, ohlasovaní požiarov, prevencii protiprávneho správania pri nakladaní s odpadmi, pri zabezpečovaní plynulosti a bezpečnosti cestnej premávky, predovšetkým v súvislosti s pohybom po komunikácii a prechodom cez cestu, asistenciu pri riešení problémov bežného života, pri komunikácii s rôznymi inštitúciami, čí úradmi, ap.
