The project in question substantially addresses the process of monitoring and evaluating energy data, including the gradual implementation of savings measures, in particular organizational measures. In synergy with the general public, it will increase energy savings and promote reductions in greenhouse gas emissions. The Smart City strategy is a platform for data collection and implementation of both digital and telecommunication technologies for stakeholders. By developing, implementing and continually improving the NRS, benefits can be expected in terms of optimal energy management, energy savings planning. The development of the SmartCity strategy will promote territorial sustainability with a view to reducing CO2. Education in the city is therefore essential in reducing the negative impact of greenhouse gases and increasing energy efficiency in synergy with the general public. The applicant wants to be a model of good solutions on the territory of the city. The exchange of experience and knowledge within the Covenant of Mayors is a guarantee of long-term sustainability and provides expert support in the implementation of the project activities. MESTOV of the area in question updates and implements the concept of development in the field of thermal energy and related activities. The planned start of the project implementation is set on 01/2019, with the total duration of the project being 18 months. The final document of the local low carbon strategy will be prepared by 2030 and will be based on the Covenant of Mayors methodology for the Sustainable Energy Action Plan. By implementing the project, the city of Rajecké Teplice will receive a well-prepared document – a local low-carbon strategy, with the acquisition and processing of substrates about available forms of usable energy, which includes, inter alia, preparation of supporting materials, additional analyses, processing of specific data, etc. The number of inhabitants for whom local low-carbon strategy will be conducted is about 2900 inhabitants of the town of Rajecké Teplice. Through the NÚSmesto Rajecké Teplice, it will get a complete and compact picture of the needs in the area for the next period and at the same time will be identified in detail the needs of the population groups or the target area for which the project is implemented. The town of Rajecké Teplice is aware of the public order after sucha conception, through which it will be able to focus on priority areas and meet the set objectives within the next 10 years.Partal implementation of the project, not only will bring cost savings for the applicant, but will also contribute to the overall improvement of the environment in the project area and will create better living conditions for target groups such as residents and visitors of the project area. Predmetný projekt zásadným spôsobom rieši proces sledovania a vyhodnocovania energetických dát, vrátane postupnej realizácie úsporných opatrení,predovšetkým organizačných. V súčinnosti so širokou verejnosťou zvýši úsporu energie a podporí zníženie emisie skleníkových plynov. Stratégia Smart Citypredstavuje platformu pre zber údajov a implementáciu digitálnych i telekomunikačných technológií pre zainteresované strany. Vypracovaním, implementáciou aneustálym zlepšovaním NÚS je možné očakávať prínosy v oblasti optimálneho nakladania s energiami, pri plánovaní energetických úspor. Rozvoj stratégie SmartCity podporí udržateľnosť v území s ohľadom na zníženie CO2. Vzdelávanie v meste je preto zásadné pri znižovaní negatívneho vplyvu skleníkových plynov a prizvyšovaní energetickej efektívnosti v súčinnosti so širokou verejnosťou. Žiadateľ chce byť vzorom dobrých riešení na území mesta. Výmena skúseností apoznatkov v rámci Dohovoru starostov a primátorov je zárukou dlhodobej udržateľnosti a prináša odbornú podporu pri realizácii aktivít projektu. Mestov predmetnej oblasti aktualizuje a zavedie koncepciu rozvoja v oblasti tepelnej energetiky a súvisiacich aktivít. Plánovaný začiatok realizácie projektu je nastavenýna 01/2019, pričom celková dĺžka realizácie projektu bude 18 mesiacov. Finálny dokument lokálnej nízkouhlíkovej stratégie bude vypracovaný do roku 2030 abude sa opierať o metodiku Dohovoru primátorov a starostov k Akčnému plánu udržateľného energetického rozvoja. Realizáciou projektu získa mesto Rajecké Teplice kvalitne vypracovaný dokument – lokálnu nízkouhlíkovú stratégiu, so získavaním a spracovanímpodkladov o dostupných formách využiteľnej energie, čo zahŕňa o. i. prípravu podkladových materiálov, doplnkových analýz, spracovanie špecifických údajov apodobne. Počet obyvateľov pre ktorých bude lokálna nízkouhlíková stratégia vypravovaná je cca 2900 obyvateľov mesta Rajecké Teplice. Prostredníctvom NÚSmesto Rajecké Teplice získa kompletný a kompaktný obraz o potrebách v danej oblasti na nasledujúce obdobie a zároveň budú detailne identifikované potrebytých skupín obyvateľstva resp. cieľového územia, v prospech ktorého je projekt realizovaný. Mesto Rajecké Teplice si je vedomé verejnej objednávky po takejtokoncepcii, prostredníctvom ktorej bude schopné zamerať sa na prioritné oblasti a napĺňať stanovené ciele v horizonte najbližších cca 10 rokov.Parciálne realizácia projektu, nielen že prinesie úsporu nákladov pre žiadateľa, ale prispeje aj k celkovému zlepšeniu životného prostredia v projektovej oblasti avytvorí lepšie podmienky na život pre cieľové skupiny ako sú obyvatelia a návštevníci projektovej oblasti.
