The aim of the present project Development of Sector Skills at R & D MOLD MACHINING s. r. o. is to increase the sectoral skills of employees in a transversal way in all important technical departments of the company. Training will improve the technical/professional skills associated with the solution of manufacturing and engineering tasks in the automotive mould manufacturing sector and also in the carbon parts manufacturing sector for the most advanced automotive and in general technical applications. The development of skills achieves the precondition for the career development of employees in a company that is in dynamic development. In the target group there are all age groups, including employees aged 50 years. Skills development will ensure the creation of suitable project teams and the transfer of information to other employees of the company. The project consists of two main activities (one of which is implemented in two sub-activities). The project is in line with specific objective 3.1.2 of the call – Improve access to the labour market by applying effective employment support instruments, including mobility for employment, self-employment and activities in rural areas, as well as in accordance with the horizontal principles of sustainable development, promotion of equality between men and women and non-discrimination, as defined in the Partnership Agreement of the Slovak Republic for 2014-2020 and Articles 7 and 8 of the General Regulation.     Cieľom predkladaného projektu Rozvoj sektorových zručností v spoločnosti R & D MOLD MACHINING s. r. o. je zvýšiť sektorové zručnosti zamestnancov prierezovo vo všetkých dôležitých technických oddeleniach spoločnosti. Vzdelávaním sa zlepšia technické/odborné zručnosti spojené s riešením výrobno-inžinierských úloh v sektore výroby foriem pre oblasť automotive a tiež v sektore výroby karbónových dielov pre najmodernejšie automobilové a vo všeobecnosti technické aplikácie. Rozvojom zručnosti sa dosiahne predpoklad kariérneho rastu zamestnancov v spoločnosti, ktorá je v dynamickom rozvoji. V cieľovej skupine sú všetky vekové kategórie, vrátane zamestnancov s vekom na 50 rokov. Rozvoj zručností zabezpečí vytváranie vhodných projektových tímov a prenos informácii na ďalších zamestnancov spoločnosti. Projekt tvoria dve hlavné aktivity (z toho jedna je implementovaná v rámci dvoch podaktivít). Projekt je v súlade so špecifickým cieľom 3.1.2 výzvy -  Zlepšiť prístup na trh práce uplatnením účinných nástrojov na podporu zamestnanosti, vrátane podpory mobility pre získanie zamestnania, samostatnej zárobkovej činnosti a aktivít vo vidieckych oblastiach ako aj v súlade s horizontálnymi princípmi udržateľný rozvoj, podpora rovnosti mužov a žien a nediskriminácia, ktoré sú definované v Partnerskej dohode SR na roky 2014 – 2020 a v čl. 7 a 8 všeobecného nariadenia.
