The implementation of the project “Support of care services in the village of Liptovské Sliače” will support the development of the provision of field care services in the territorial district of the village Liptovské Sliače for recipients of social services dependent on the social service provided by the municipality through the “Equipment for seniors and homes of social services Liptovské Sliače”. Appropriate conditions shall be established for the preservation, restoration and development of the capacity of social service recipients and their families and to promote the overlap in family and working life of the family members of social service recipients. The objective of the activity – the provision of care services – is to prevent the placement of elderly citizens, citizens with severe disabilities and unfavorable health in residential social services. In addition, the activity “Supporting care” will support the retention of citizens in the natural environment in the family and community and increase the availability of care services. The target group of the activity will be children and adults who are dependent on care and care workers. The provision of care services within the project will be provided by 8 professionally qualified employees who will be in employment relationship with the “Facility for seniors and homes of social services Liptovské Sliače”. Realizáciou projektu „Podpora opatrovateľskej služby v obci Liptovské Sliače“ sa podporí rozvoj poskytovania terénnej opatrovateľskej služby v územnom obvode obce Liptovské Sliače pre prijímateľov sociálnej služby odkázaným na sociálnu službu, ktorú obec zabezpečuje prostredníctvom „Zariadenie pre seniorov a domov sociálnych služieb Liptovské Sliače“. Vytvoria sa vhodné podmienky pre zachovanie, obnovu a rozvoj schopnosti prijímateľov sociálnej služby a ich rodín a podporí sa súbeh rodinného a pracovného života rodinných príslušníkov prijímateľov sociálnej služby. Cieľom aktivity – poskytovanie opatrovateľskej služby je predchádzať umiestneniu občanov seniorov, občanov s ťažkým zdravotným postihnutím a s nepriaznivým zdravotným stavom do pobytových zariadení sociálnych služieb. Okrem toho aktivita „Podpora opatrovateľskej služby“ podporí zotrvanie občanov v prirodzenom prostredí v rodine a komunite a zvýši dostupnosť opatrovateľskej služby. Cieľovou skupinou aktivity budú deti a plnoleté fyzické osoby, ktorí sú odkázaní na poskytovanie opatrovateľskej služby a zamestnanci vykonávajúci opatrovateľskú službu. Poskytovanie opatrovateľskej služby v rámci projektu bude zabezpečovať 8 odborne kvalifikovaných zamestnancov, ktorí budú v pracovnom vzťahu k "Zariadenie pre seniorov a domov sociálnych služieb Liptovské Sliače".
