Objective of the project: improving the supply of drinking water to the inhabitants of JelšovceThe priority objective of implementing the project is to improve the supply of drinking water to the inhabitants of Jelšovce and to ensure the permanent supply of drinking water to residents living in the municipality, which will meet the qualitative and hygiene requirements of Directive 98/83 EC and Government Regulation No 354/2006. So far, locals use water from wells, which can be and in some cases is contaminated by harmful substances from intensive agricultural activity. Water taken from wellscontains the above harmful substances. The connection to the public water supply will ensure regular supply of quality drinking water, which will be regularly checked by the public water supply operator and the regional public health authority in accordance with Act No 355/2007 Coll. on the protection, promotion and development of public health, as amended. Constructions from the project in question will ensure the required – standard storage of water, an increase in the quality of drinking water supplied and an improvement in the protection of existing drinking water sources for the inhabitants of the village. At the same time, the construction of the water supply will ensure a continuous supply of drinking water, since in the last two years the lack of water in wells has been increasingly repeated, which results in irregular supply of drinking water to the inhabitants of the village. The project achieves a smooth supply of drinking water to the population and there will be an improvement in the situation in connection with the increaseMeasurable indicators projektu:Počet km of the built water supply network: 2.8091 kmIncreased population with improved drinking water supply: 800 personsThe project is in line with the IROP Strategy – Priority Axis 4 – Improving the quality of life in regions with an emphasis on the environment, which follows thematic objective No.6 Protection of the environment and promotion of resource efficiency, with the specific objective 4.2.1 IROP, as well as the Plan for the Development of Public Water Supply and Public Cableways for the Slovak Republic.     Cieľ projektu: zlepšenie zásobovania pitnou vodou obyvateľov obce JelšovcePrioritným cieľom realizácie projektu je zlepšenie zásobovania obyvateľov obce Jelšovce pitnou vodou a trvalé zabezpečenie dodávky pitnej vody obyvateľomžijúcim v obci, ktorá bude spĺňať kvalitatívne a hygienické požiadavky smernice 98/83 ES a nariadenia vlády č.354/2006 Z.z. Miestni obyvatelia doposiaľ využívajúvodu zo studní, ktorá môže byť a v niektorých prípadoch aj je znečistená škodlivými látkami z intenzívnej poľnohospodárskej činnosti. Voda odoberaná zo studníobsahuje vyššie uvedené škodlivé látky. Pripojením na verejný vodovod sa zabezpečí pravidelná dodávka kvalitnej pitnej vody, ktorá bude pravidelne kontrolovanáprevádzkovateľom verejného vodovodu a regionálnym úradom verejného zdravotníctva v súlade so zákonom č. 355/2007 Z. z. o ochrane, podpore a rozvojiverejného zdravia v znení neskorších predpisov. Stavby z predmetného projektu zabezpečia požadovanú – normovú akumuláciu vody, zvýšenie kvality dodávanejpitnej vody a zlepšenie ochrany existujúcich zdrojov pitnej vody pre obyvateľov obce.Vybudovanie vodovodu zároveň zabezpečí nepretržitú dodávku pitnej vody, nakoľko v posledných dvoch rokoch sa čoraz častejšie opakuje nedostatok vodyv studniach, čoho dôsledkom je nepravidelné zásobovanie obyvateľov obce pitnou vodou.Projektom sa docieli bezproblémové zásobovanie obyvateľstva pitnou vodou a dôjde k zlepšeniu situácie v súvislosti so zvýšenímMerateľné ukazovatele projektu:Počet km vybudovanej vodovodnej siete: 2,8091 kmZvýšený počet obyvateľov so zlepšenou dodávkou pitnej vody: 800 osôbProjekt je v súlade so stratégiou IROP – Prioritná os 4 - Zlepšenie kvality života v regiónoch s dôrazom na životné prostredie, ktorá nadväzuje na tematický cieľ č.6 Ochrana životného prostredia a presadzovania efektívnosti zdrojov, so špecifickým cieľom 4.2.1 IROP, ako aj Plánom rozvoja verejných vodovodov a verejnýchkanalizácií pre územie SR.
