The Better Regulation Platform will show entrepreneurs and citizens what their obligations and rights are, i.e. which Slovak and European regulations, laws and regulations affect them. The project will clarify the information obligations of entrepreneurs representing 80 percent of unjustified administrative burden.The project output is a register of legislation, but also of specific regulations, which, based on its knowledge of the logged user, will find out what obligations to the state are applicable to him. Entrepreneurs will also have the opportunity to provide interactive feedback on how the regulation in place affects them and what they would propose to improve. The vision of the project is to create a modern and world-class, unique IT platform for better regulation, enabling decision-making in the area of regulation based on evidence and transparent involvement of all interested persons. The project also aims to support the optimisation of the regulatory environment and increase the transparency and competitiveness of the state. There will be a significantly higher quality of drafting clauses of selected impacts on regulations that are interactive, easy to read and work with verified and up-to-date data. Platforma lepšej regulácie podnikateľom a občanom ukáže, aké sú ich povinnosti a práva, t.j. ktoré slovenské aj európske predpisy, zákony a regulácie sa ich týkajú. Projekt spriehľadní informačné povinnosti podnikateľov predstavujúce 80 percent neopodstatnenej administratívnej záťaže.Výstupom projektu je register právnych predpisov, ale aj konkrétnych regulácií, ktorý na základe svojich vedomostí o prihlásenom používateľovi zistí, aké povinnosti voči štátu sa na neho vzťahujú. Podnikatelia budú mať tiež možnosť interaktívnou formou poskytovať spätnú väzbu o tom, aký vplyv má na nich zavedená regulácia a čo by navrhovali zlepšiť.Víziou projektu je vytvoriť modernú a svetovo unikátnu IT platformu lepšej regulácie, ktorá umožní rozhodovanie v oblasti regulácií na základe dôkazov a transparentného zapojenia všetkých zainterestovaných osôb. Cieľom projektu je aj podpora optimalizácie regulačného prostredia a zvýšenie transparentnosti a konkurencieschopnosti štátu. Dosiahne sa výrazne vyššia kvalita vypracovania doložiek vybraných vplyvov k reguláciám, ktoré budú interaktívne, ľahko čitateľné a ktoré budú pracovať s overenými a aktuálnymi dátami. (Slovak)
