The aim of the project is to promote equal access to quality education and by creating an environment for the development of competences of pupils to improve their results in preparation for further study, with an emphasis on the development of reading, mathematical, science and information literacy. The aim of the project is to modernise education by innovation of content, methods, forms, introduction of experience learning and modern teaching tools. It is important to promote equal access to pupils through non-traditional activities, to enable them to create, develop and learn new modern methods and to engage in active exchange of acquired knowledge. Part of the implementation of the activities is the effort to bring in new, engaging and motivating elements that school staff will integrate into their work and which will be used by pupils in preparation for further study. The needs and barriers to the development of the target group of pupils of elementary school with kindergarten, Brodňanská 110/17, Žilina, including pupils with special educational needs are addressed in the activity, which is aimed at establishing newly created rings in order to create an environment with equal access for the introduction of extracurricular activities beyond the educational programme of the school for further development of pupils’ competences and improvement of their results with an emphasis on the development of reading, mathematical, natural science and information literacy. The needs and barriers to the development of the target group of pedagogical and professional employees of elementary school with MŠ, Brodňanská 110/17, Žilina according to Act No. 317/2009 Coll. are addressed in the activity, which is focused on the implementation of training and the establishment of newly created pedagogical clubs in order to support the development of the competences of pedagogical and professional employees and to make their work more effective, thus contributing to the improvement of education and effectiveness of extra-curricular activities beyond the educational programme of the school with emphasis on the development of reading, mathematical, natural science and information literacy of pupils. Cieľom projektu je podporiť rovnaký prístup ku kvalitnému vzdelávaniu a vytvorením prostredia pre rozvoj kompetencií žiakov zlepšiť ich výsledky v rámci prípravy na ďalšie štúdium s dôrazom na rozvíjanie čitateľskej, matematickej, prírodovednej a informačnej gramotnosti. Zámerom projektu je modernizácia vzdelávania inováciou obsahu, metód, foriem, zavádzaním zážitkového učenia a moderných učebných pomôcok. Dôležitá je podpora rovnakého prístup k žiakom prostredníctvom netradičných činností, umožniť im tvoriť, vytvárať a spoznávať nové moderné metódy a zapojiť sa do aktívnej výmeny získaných vedomostí. Súčasťou realizácie aktivít je i snaha priniesť do činnosti nové pútavé a motivujúce prvky, ktoré zamestnanci školy začlenia do svojej práce a ktoré žiaci budú využívať v rámci prípravy na ďalšie štúdium. Potreby a bariéry rozvoja cieľovej skupiny žiakov Základnej školy s materskou školou, Brodňanská 110/17, Žilina vrátane žiakov so špeciálnymi výchovno-vzdelávacími potrebami sú adresované v aktivite, ktorá je zameraná na zriadenie novovytvorených krúžkov s cieľom vytvoriť prostredie s rovnocenným prístupom pre zavedenie mimoškolských aktivít nad rámec výchovného programu školy pre ďalší rozvoj kompetencií žiakov a zlepšenie ich výsledkov s dôrazom na rozvíjanie čitateľskej, matematickej, prírodovednej a informačnej gramotnosti. Potreby a bariéry rozvoja cieľovej skupiny pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov ZŠ s MŠ, Brodňanská 110/17, Žilina podľa zákona č. 317/2009 Z. z. sú adresované v aktivite, ktorá je zameraná na realizáciu školení a zriadenie novovytvorených pedagogických klubov s cieľom podporiť rozvoj kompetencií pedagogických a odborných zamestnancov a zefektívniť ich prácu, a tak prispieť ku skvalitneniu vzdelávania a účinnosti mimoškolských aktivít nad rámec výchovného programu školy s dôrazom na rozvíjanie čitateľskej, matematickej, prírodovednej a informačnej gramotnosti žiakov.
