Cílem projektu je zvýšení efektivity sociálních služeb ve Středočeském kraji, sjednocení pojmosloví, zlepšení poskytování sociálních služeb, vytvoření systému komplexní finanční kontroly a příprava sociálních služeb na něj a metodická podpora vybraných poskytovatelů sociálních služeb v rámci přípravy a realizace jejich transformace.Výstupem projektu bude celkem 6 metodických dokumentů: 1x pro měření efektivity, 1x pro komplexní finanční kontrolu, 3x transformační plány a 1x evaluační zpráva.
