INT-COR reflects on one of the current problems, which is high energy and thus economic intensity, consisting of the wear of the production building, including heating media and lighting. The INT-COR project addresses the improvement of energy and thus economic efficiency through the renovation and modernisation of the production building and the introduction of equipment for the use of RES. The project is divided into two main activities. The main activity No. 1 is to provide energy audit for the operation of INT-COR s.r.o. in order to evaluate the current energy balance and its environmental impact and to propose appropriate measures to reduce energy intensity. Activity 2 is the Implementation of measures from the Energy Audit. The activity will improve the thermal and technical properties of building structures, reconstruction of the heating system, reconstruction and modernisation of lighting systems in the building and introduction of equipment for the use of RES.The implementation of the main activities will achieve the goal of the project, which is to reduce energy intensity in the company INT-COR. According to the Energy Audit, energy consumption after implementation of energy efficiency measures will be 162.00 MWh/year and the primary energy saving will be 100.4 MWh/year. The installation of photovoltaic panels will lead to the introduction of a RES installation and the amount of electricity generated by the RES plant will be 25 MWh/year. At the same time, reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 9.3 t/year will reduce the environmental burden. Measures aimed at reducing the energy intensity of the INT-COR building will reduce the running costs of the building, save energy, save money, use RES in the company, promote environmentally friendly technologies and thus mitigate the deterioration of its quality. Spoločnosť INT-COR reflektuje na jeden zo súčasných problémov, ktorým je vysoká energetická a tým zároveň aj ekonomická náročnosť, spočívajúca v opotrebení výrobnej budovy vrátane vykurovacieho média a osvetlenia.Projekt spoločnosti INT-COR rieši zvýšenie energetickej a tým aj ekonomickej efektívnosti prostredníctvom rekonštrukcie a modernizácie výrobnej budovy a zavedením zariadenia na využívanie OZE.Projekt je rozdelený na dve hlavné aktivity. Hlavnou aktivitou č. 1 je Zabezpečenie energetického auditu pre prevádzku spoločnosti INT-COR s.r.o. s cieľom zhodnotiť súčasnú energetickú bilanciu a jej dopady na životné prostredie a navrhnúť vhodné opatrenia na zníženie energetickej náročnosti. Aktivitou č. 2 je Implementácia opatrení z energetického auditu. V rámci aktivity dôjde k zlepšeniu tepelno-technických vlastností stavebných konštrukcií, rekonštrukcii vykurovacieho systému, rekonštrukcii a modernizácii systémov osvetlenia v budove a zavedeniu zariadenia na využívanie OZE.Realizáciou hlavných aktivít sa dosiahne cieľ projektu, ktorým je zníženie energetickej náročnosti v spoločnosti INT-COR. V zmysle energetického auditu spotreba energie po realizácii opatrení energetickej efektívnosti bude 162,00 MWh/rok a úspora primárnych zdrojov energie bude vo výške 100,4 MWh/rok. Osadením fotovoltaických panelov dôjde k zavedeniu zariadenia na využívanie OZE a množstvo elektrickej energie vyrobenej v zariadení OZE bude 25 MWh/rok. Zároveň znížením emisií skleníkových plynov o 9,3 t/rok dôjde k zníženiu environmentálneho zaťaženia.Opatreniami majúcimi za cieľ zníženie energetickej náročnosti budovy spoločnosti INT-COR sa znížia prevádzkové náklady budovy, dôjde k úspore energií, úspore finančných prostriedkov, využívaniu OZE v podniku, podpore technológií priaznivých vo vzťahu k životnému prostrediu a tým k zmierneniu zhoršovania jeho kvality.
