In the region of Nitra self-governing region, the Secondary Professional School of Hotel Services and Trade in Nové Zámky is profiled for the provision of secondary and higher vocational education in the field of tourism, hotel services and trade and at the same time has been active in this field as the Centre of Vocational Education and Training since 2011 and has obtained a PQM certificate in the quality management system according to the requirements of STN EN ISO 9001:2009. The aim of the project is mainly the procurement and modernisation of material and technical equipment of school workshops and professional classrooms for practical training and related building modifications of these premises for study fields: waiter – waitress, cook, inn, Inn, hotel academy, co-catering, marketing worker, salesman, salesman, business and business and finance. Based on the needs of the employers with whom the school cooperates, even in the dual education system, the innovative material and technical provision of vocational training spaces and professional experience will be used with a view to making these professions more attractive, increasing the number of pupils and their better entry into the labour market, as well as faster adaptation and participation of graduates in the labour market. Currently, the school has 8 dual contracts with specific employers: Coop Jednota, s.d. Nové Zámky, dm drogérie markt, s.r.o., TESCO STORES SR, a.s., Nitrazdroj, a.s., EUREST, a.s., AGROEFEKT, s.r.o. Dvory nad Žitavou, Predajňa Lačný, s.r.o. Nové Zámky, fast Vega Restaurant in Nové Zámky and 20 contracts for the provision of practical training with other employers in the field of business, financial, restaurant and hotel services throughout Slovakia, who have high requirements for school graduates. The aim of the project is to complete modern COVP, which will reach pupils of primary schools and their parents for the opportunity to prepare for professions that are demanded in the labour market according to the needs and requirements of employers, as well as to create a business incubator that would professionally help school graduates to apply in their own business in setting up businesses in the field of hotel and restaurant services, tourism services, trade and finance. V regióne Nitrianskeho samosprávneho kraja je Stredná odborná škola hotelových služieb a obchodu v Nových Zámkoch vyprofilovaná pre poskytovanie stredného a vyššieho odborného vzdelávania v oblasti cestovného ruchu, hotelových služieb a obchodu a zároveň v tejto oblasti od roku 2011 pôsobí ako Centrum odborného vzdelávania a prípravy a získala v systéme manažérstva kvality Certifikát PQM v zmysle požiadaviek STN EN ISO 9001:2009.Cieľom projektu je predovšetkým obstaranie a modernizácia materiálno-technického vybavenia školských dielní a odborných učební pre praktickú prípravu a s tým súvisiace stavebné úpravy týchto priestorov pre odbory štúdia: čašník - servírka, kuchár, hostinský, hostinská, hotelová akadémia, spoločné stravovanie, pracovník marketingu, obchodný pracovník, predavač, obchod a podnikanie a financie. Na základe potrieb zamestnávateľov, s ktorými škola spolupracuje, dnes už aj v systéme duálneho vzdelávania, bude inovované materiálno-technické zabezpečenie priestorov odborného výcviku a odbornej praxe využívať so zámerom zatraktívnenia týchto profesií, zvýšenia počtu žiakov a ich lepšieho sa uplatnenia na trhu práce a tiež na rýchlejšiu adaptáciu a zapojenie sa absolventov do pracovného procesu. V súčasnosti má škola uzatvorených 8 duálnych zmlúv s konkrétnymi zamestnávateľmi: COOP Jednota, s.d. Nové Zámky, dm drogérie markt, s.r.o., TESCO STORES SR, a.s., Nitrazdroj, a.s., EUREST, a.s., AGROEFEKT, s.r.o. Dvory nad Žitavou, Predajňa Lačný, s.r.o. Nové Zámky, Reštaurácia Fast Vega v Nových Zámkoch a 20 zmlúv o poskytnutí praktickej prípravy s ďalšími zamestnávateľmi v oblasti obchodných, finančných, reštauračných a hotelových služieb na celom Slovensku, ktorí majú vysoké požiadavky na absolventov školy.Cieľom projektu je dobudovať moderné COVP, ktoré osloví žiakov základných škôl a ich rodičov na možnosť pripravovať sa pre povolania, ktoré sú na trhu práce žiadané podľa potrieb a požiadaviek zamestnávateľov a tiež vytvoriť podnikateľský inkubátor, ktorý by odborne pomohol absolventom školy pri uplatnení sa vo vlastnom podnikaní pri zakladaní podnikov v oblasti hotelových a reštauračných službách, službách cestovného ruchu, obchodu a financií.
